I integrated the Avada Faq page on my Shopify store, it has proven to be a very powerful tool. Their customer support is excellent, I had a small issue on my side and it was solved in a manner of minutes by their team (Thanks Tiana and Tony for the great work!) Overall, I would recommend Avada for any future projects that require a Faq.

This app made my FAQ more professional and easygoing. The customer support from the Avada team is excellent and prompt. Especially, Esther was so helpful and prompt in her support. They always get back as soon as possible. Additionally, they solved my issues from their end without asking me to do many tasks to resolve them. Other features of this app are also helpful, such as Chat. I would recommend other businesses to use this app!

The operation is very convenient, the page is introductory, and the customer service is always online and patiently answers my questions. It's worth considering using it.

This is good with nice UI. Tiana and Maison help me fix the configuring problem, quick response, thank you! I find iphone users can't scroll it down, this is so bad, they fix it for a week and still no solutions.

Liz was amazing and so helpful when setting up the FAQ section of my website (even on a Sunday)! This app is super easy to use and user friendly. If you're looking for a FAQ / chat app look no further Avada is the best!
