So far my experience has been amazing with this app. It's easy to navigate and function and any additional customizations I wanted the helpdesk with Abby was very knowledgeable and got all of those things set up quickly for me.

Great customer support. Jasmine was fast, easy and incredibly helpful. 5 stars across the board. Thank you so much for the phenomenal customer support. I will definitely be sticking with Avada for this alone. Thanks again Jasmine!

Great app, great customer service, and it's Free. It's mostly a FAQ app though, as there isn't any chat integration. It just redirects to your what's app or messenger open's email app.

The team at Avada were super helpful in getting the app working well with our theme, especially Audrey who was very responsive and assisted me in answering all my questions quickly. Great app it seems so far!

An app that is simple and easy to use. I encountered some difficulties when making some DIY settings. And then I contacted customer support via chat got immediate response from Sunny and William. and it was quickly resolved perfectly. Very highly recommended!

Added this app to our Shopify store and had a couple of set-up issues. Tiana from the helpdesk was super quick to jump on the chat and even faster in rectifying and troubleshooting the issues I had. So far, the app works brilliantly and works well within our shop front. Will keep playing with it and adding to it so that it is more customised.

Avada customer service was amazing and helped me within a minute of sending a request. I worked with Sunny and Gideon - both are amazing! Highly recommend this app!
