App is free to use that offers a lot of functions that we need including FAQs, faq categories, faq page. Setup is also pretty easy. I needed some help with some specific questions, Emily responded at their support live chat right away. She is very helpful and provided all the details that I need. Only 1 thing that I wish the app could have is the built in live chat. It would be the perfect fit for our company need.

so far so good! Will update if my experience changes. but cant complain much with it being free! UPDATE: This app is AMAZEBALLS! The FAQ page is clean and easy to use. Everything is super user-friendly and easy to use. No coding is required. The best part is it is FREE!! Do not pay for a FAQ app, just use this one and you wont regret it! The added "chat" widget is super cool too!

Simple to use, and really free as stated. I could add about 20 questions with ease. Contacted support, Jasmine, and she sorted out my concerns within minutes. Verified my page and gave me unlimited questions and removed the branding from the page. Very satisfied!
