I recently had the opportunity to engage with Avada FAQs for support, and overall, it was a positive experience. The support team at Avada was prompt, and responsive, and provided helpful solutions to my queries. Amazing experience from the support agent Nana, and quick response! Thank you!

Support was super helpful and I was connected with Aisha in a matter of seconds after asking a question to the chat bot. My question was resolved in just a few minutes and I could not be more happy with how quick and easy they are. Will definitely continue to use this app!

Excellent app and excellent support by the team .The support extended was lightning fast and the thing is the chat gets automatically activated and an agent hops in there to address your requirements.

Feedback is quick and patient. Regretly, The APP don't support chat with the customer directly. Other function is perfect, I love it.
