Really good app, would give it 5 stars, but would be nice to have better order tracking (i.e. through entering the order number) and more functionality in the text editor. Great support from Emily! Thanks for your help!!

Looking for FAQ widget. Avada surprised me with additional features too. Made my work so easy with wonderful features out of box for free. Searchable FAQs in chat is my favorite. They had a wonderful customer support. Thank you Liz, the one who supported me with listing options. Great support. Very fast response.

We are just starting our online store and we needed a tool for the FAQ and online chat, we downloaded Avada and from the beginning we had an excellent experience. But what surprised us most was the quality of the service we received from Esther, in addition to responding super fast she helped us a lot! We are very happy with Avada and Esther!

This brand has a few nifty apps and most are free! Their customer service is great and 24/7. I use to have their review app, but I took it out for personal reasons, but their whole ecosystem is really good! This app is simple and straight to the point. They even take their branding away for FREE! Most companies make you pay for that! Just an awesome company and service!

**Update: App is very responsive, has everything needed and the customer service was wonderful- Highly recommend** So far the app seems to be just what I need- Although I just started playing around with it- Had 1 small hiccup, but customer service (Hakeem) was very quick and efficient in taking care of it!

Comence a crear hace pocos días mi tienda en Shopify, quise buscar una app acorde a las necesidades de mi tienda y me encontré con AVADA. Una app demasiado intuitiva para usarla, lo mejor de todo es que al tener una duda sobre la cantidad de iconos tuve soporte inmediato de Esther. Su atención fue excepcional y estaba atenta a cualquier duda que pudiera tener. Realmente esta app no solo es muy buena en su categoría sino que además tiene un soporte excelente.

What? Such brilliant app for free? I couldn't believe it for a few minutes, I thought I am on free plan, but turned out the whole app is for free.....With extensive features. On top of that customer support was even more brilliant, Hana was so helpful and informative....Thanks to Hana and the Avada, it took me few minutes to setup all features.
