Precisei de suporte para configuração o APP e fazer o FAQ aparecer na página correta. Fui atendido pela "Hana", uma pessoa muito atenciosa e com muita pratica. Estou muito satisfeito com o suporte e a facilidade do APP.

It's a great app with lots of features. I love how simple and clean the interface is. So much love for this! The support team is great too. I want to thank Damian and Doris for helping me with some issues and getting them fixed very quickly. I'm so excited to use Chatty on our website, allowing customers to message us easily. Thanks for the great app and support!

Chatty has been a fantastic addition to my store. It’s super easy to use, and the functionality is exactly what I was looking for to improve customer engagement and customer service concerns. The customer support team has been nothing but impeccable, especially Hana, she's Always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. Highly recommend this app!

Had some trouble figuring out the language settings, but Audrey from customer support helped me out quickly. App works great.

I want to thank Sonny, who is from the support team. He did a great job. I wanted to raise the button a bit on the phone and on the computer. I spoke to the support team and it only took a few minutes to get everything fixed. Sonny from the support team spoke to me. He is really nice and friendly. It only took me five minutes to do everything. I appreciate it very much and thank him from the bottom of my heart. Knowing that the application is integrated and very good. Great, Abby was very helpful, since the app didn't appear on the sore, and he reached to one of the tech support, Doris, and they quickly solved the problem just under minutes.

Jeg manglede en fuldkommen dansk oversættelse til appen og kontaktede kundeservice. Lydia svarede hurtig tilbage og fik opgaven sat i gang. Efter et par dage var det opsat uden problemer.
