You have to babysit this tool daily, wasting 20–30 minutes fixing endless errors. Even then, it still fails. Support is a really bad for $49—they only blame you for not “feeding it” enough. First, shipping pages aren’t enough, then you need FAQs, then more questions and answers—it never ends i would use simpler chats and get same results. I don’t understand the 1,5k new positive reviews maybe simple websites and number of products or info

Review for Chatty & Support (Abby) I want to give special thanks to Abby for her outstanding support. She was very professional, attentive, patient, and incredibly kind. She responded to my request quickly and efficiently, which is rare and truly appreciated. As for the Chatty app, I’m genuinely impressed. It meets all my expectations and allows me to offer my customers a smooth and enjoyable user experience. I run a store in the pet niche, and it’s very important to me that we communicate with our customers in an enthusiastic and always positive tone. Even while I was asleep, the bot managed to do exactly that – it interacted with my customers naturally, almost like a human, while also keeping certain sensitive information private and confidential. I had a great experience with Hana from the Chatty customer support team. She helped me quickly and efficiently with the configuration and setup of my chatbot. Hana was not only incredibly kind and patient but also very knowledgeable and competent. Her clear explanations and fast support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Support for this app is the best, instant reply and attentive to all your needs. Hana helped me get my FAQ page up and running and supported me throughout the process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple and easy to add FAQ.

Ai Chatty has been an absolute game-changer for our customer service. The AI has helped us answer so many customer questions regarding fragrances, especially when we're too busy to respond right away. It's truly a lifesaver. Their customer care is amazing, too. They really take their time to help with any questions we have. Alyssa has been incredible, helping us set everything up correctly and making the entire process seamless. Highly recommend!

Access from China If you are accessing the app from China, certain network restrictions may block the app from loading. In this case, please try connecting via a VPN and then reopening the app. 2. App requires an update after new features were released We recently released new features that require additional permissions to function correctly. Occasionally, due to an issue on Shopify’s side, the message to update these permissions does not display right away, which can result in a blank screen.
