Great app for managing shipping/delivery/pick-up, and the support team is top notch. The AI that gets you started is not bad, but once you skip to a human you get someone awesome. Recently, Jessica helped me with some issues I was having, and she went above and beyond.

Sandy went above and beyond to help me set up the app. Truly amazing, professional and friendly support. Excellent app and outstanding support! We needed Zapiet to segment a city by postal codes and set up specific delivery areas and rates, and the app does it perfectly. The functionality is exactly what we were looking for. A special shout-out to Jeanette from the support team, who guided us through the entire setup process from start to finish and made sure everything was working flawlessly.
