It does what it's supposed to and if there's an issue, Zapiet support is on it. I recommend.

Cannot fault the service and support, Sajal was exceptional and was very fast in helping us diagnose a small issue!
Hi Andy, Thank you for your patience while we worked through the issue. After reviewing the setup, I identified that Zapiet rates had been disabled while Shopify’s native local delivery was enabled. I re-enabled the Zapiet rates and disabled Shopify’s native local delivery, which resolved the “Shipping not available” error. Great customer service! Rather expensive app and needed to do quite a few modifications to make it work with my store, but the staff support was excellent and very knowledgeable, helping to resolve all the issues.

Jessica was incredibly helpful and patient while walking me through our pickup and delivery setup. She took the time to double-check the API key, delivery radius, and settings to make sure everything was working correctly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jeanette was also amazing, she helped fix a few bugs between Shopify and Zapiet and set the delivery cut off perfectly:).
