The App has a few glitches. Most of the time it works well. Best delivery app for Shopify. The support is 10/10. Best app support! They respond straight away and they fix things straight away.

Support is best in class! Jessica and Kitty were amazing! Thank you both for making this so easy! The app is easy to manage (after getting some initial support due to my lack of knowledge). You can't go wrong with this if omni is where you are in your business!

When I submitted my support request, I assumed I'd be waiting until the next day for a response and who knows how long for a solution, but Jessica responded within 30 minutes or so and fixed the issue (among others that I hadn't caught) almost immediately. Jessica is a true magician. There was a technical difficulty that I had been struggeling with for months and she fixed it within a hour or so. The only downside is that I feel stupid now because I could have reached out to the Zapiet customer support sooner. They are really one of biggest the reasons why this app is better the all the rest ! Thx again Jessica !

Ok these guys know there stuff and their support team is BOMB! Jessica helped me with multiple roadblocks and fixed them within minutes. I've used Zapiets products for 4 years now and love what they do. Thanks a million zapiet for turning a headache of a problem into a tirumph!

I just received help from Jessica on the live chat.. She was amazing, professional, fast, service minded, patient . I almost didn't start the chat, because usually the "help" you get is just automated generic answers that serve as fuel for the frustration.. Couldn't be more happy with the experience. Extremely helpful team and a great app! They work with you every step of the way to make sure their app integrates as smoothly as possible into your workflow. We had some bumps in the road due to other apps, but Stephane was a huge help in getting all the kinks worked out and we were able to roll out local delivery for our shops! I never hesitate to reach out with a problem, and they are always happy to help, and always in a timely manner! It seems like they have helpful staff in every time zone because I have always been able to set up a zoom call or chat at my convenience. The initial setup can be intimidating, but they will do as much as they possibly can to make it accessible and convenient.

Overall I think it's a great app and support team are fantastic and responsive. I had Shipday integration issues and the team really went out of their way to get it working. Really appreciate their support. Highly recommend Zapiet.
