Customer service has been very quick and efficient. Thank you. The app is helping us with customizations that we couldn't do w shopify alone, although i wish it were allowed to operate more fully (control over shipping address fields, etc) and not be forced to fit inside shopify restraints.

This app is pretty confusing, especially when paired with the general confusion of Shopify itself, but the customer service is really wonderful. I talked with Lisa for over an hour on the chat function and she was wonderful and so helpful.

Took a while to get it up and running but Jessica is the bomb. She made it happen for us.. You can customize it pretty slick. And for that reason, we love it.

It works, but there are some things that I wish were different! But overall, it is the only thing I've found to actually help with only allowing some products to ship (perishables, bulk products, etc!) The team is pretty fast at responding, and they know what they're doing, although again this is limited because it doesn't really seem like shopify and zapiet work super well together!) :)

A bit tricky to set up and get just right for your specific needs (we are a local flower shop), but once you get it going it works like a dream!

There are limitations to the app such as not being able to isolate a collection for specific delivery dates only. There's workarounds but they are pretty buggy. BUT, there is a lot of good about this app. Plus, the support team is super helpful and very accessible. The awesome support bumped my rating!

We've had some issues with the app integrating with our template but I it is the best one i've used thus far for pickup and delivery. I'd give 5 STARS to customer service (particularly Stephanie) who respond quickly and do their best to help even when issues haven't been 100% the apps fault.

I've Altered my review from original. The app is designed to be very good. But it took a few weeks of back and forth with the support team to get it to work close to what it's like in the video. I'll go live this week, and in a few weeks I'll have a better idea how it went.

The App has helped us launch Curbside & Delivery services on the fly during the pandemic. We started using the app in April 2020. We've run into lots of issues with it, particularly for customers at checkout, and it has taken a lot of work to repair. Since Zapiet doubled their support staff in May, they have been very responsive to our issues and have helped us resolve nearly all issues. Staff are always friendly and eager to help via email. We are hopeful things are close to running much more smoothly to make these services more manageable for us. Thanks Zapiet team.

Great for when you offer an array of things like delivery, shipping, and in-store pick-up, like our store does. Their app handles it all.

I lost HUNDREDS of dollars in sales. Slow response time. Used this for months and constantly had issues. This week, many of my customers just couldn't check out because the app was randomly deciding when certain products could be shipped or not. Now I have remnants of the app left behind and have errors on my site after deleting the app... So disappointed. Update: We have continued using Zapiet with virtually zero problems since this review. I really appreciate the fast response times and the help I've received since.
