6 star customer service, responsive and efficient. first time on shopify so i'm not too familiar with the platform. and timeline was tight fortunately the team at zapiet made it so easy to reach out to them and they solved my issues really quickly!

Srivastav was very helpful in resolving the issue and was very quick and polite. Srivastav also provided a loom video to assist with correcting the configuration settings. It's a shame that initially so much time was taken up by "Zack" the AI bot prior to being escalated to a person. It would have been a much better customer experience if I was directed to a person initially.

Its very difficult to provide customer service through text, yet Jessica preventing me from cancelling my subscription by just be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. she needs a raise and a promotion, thank you so much for being awesome Jessica

I'm with this app for years for my store. The app works well for pickup/delivery options and the help centre is helpful. They also offer multiple languages, EN-FR for my store.
