This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Rates by Distance app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly. After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support, and they were so incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there! Having quality support makes a big difference, and their support is top-notch!

The support team has been incredible in helping resolve some issue that came up with the app and my Shopify setup. Between Betty & Pavlo, they were both so amazing at helping me figure out the conflicts I had with my store and now it works seamlessly. Been using this app for years and it's great - intuitive and well thought out. The support is excellent, when I often have queries they are quick to respond. Shout out to Maria who got me out of a jam recently :)

This app is amazing! It does exactly what I need and more. While the tiers can be expensive, the program is pretty worth it overall. The support team in particular is amazing and very responsive. Lui did a great job resolving my issues and was super communicative!!
