I was having issues with connecting Zapiet correctly helped with the store settings very patient and knowledegable

They should know that the app works great, and the support is even better! Anytime I have an issue, which is usualy an error created on my end, their customer support is all over it! My last interaction with Jessica was smooth, simple and effective. Exactly what one should expect. Exellent service.

Jessica was a HUGE help! She was very knowledgeable and asked before she changed any code. She gave me a copy of the code incase we needed to revert but we did not need it. Srivastav is quite possibly once of the best, if not, THE BEST, person I have ever had help me on the Shopify Platform. I cannot believe how fast he was conquering all the problems I didn't know or understand how to fix. He is super friendly and professional. Zapiet would be foolish not to give this guy a raise because he posses some serious skills that only a small fraction of human beings on earth have. Take care of this guy.

This works pretty well for the most part! Some of my issues may be user error more than an issue with the app. Support always responds quickly and takes care of any issues that arise.

Exceptional customer service and assistance. The team, specifically Genesis, is very responsive and so willing to help us resolve any issues. Once the setup was complete, this app works wonderfully for our florist business. Highly recommend!
