We are planning to use this app soon, and their customer service has been outstanding. This is the only app we've found that offers all the functionality we need for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store). Highly recommend!

I never do these surveys but honestly Jessica with Zapiet support was absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition one can get. Super helpful, responded very quickly and helped me fix issues with my shopify store that weren't even related to the app! She really went above and beyond and was incredibly pleasant to chat with the whole time as well. Thank you, Jessica! Oh and the app is great too!

I never write reviews but for Jessica I will write one with each of my stores because she help me set up both. Jessica is the most thorough and autonomous customer service rep I've met. I had trouble setting up this app (and didn't want to spend too much time on it and didn't want to hire someone) and I reached out and only told Jessica what I envisioned our delivery service set up should be like and Jessica handled everything! All I had to do was give her a little bit of direction and she took everything out of my hands. I will stay on this app for Jessica and continue to use zapiet for my future stores because of Jessica. Zapiet is a great app to use to coordinate order fulfillment and offer various delivery options for your customers.

The Best App support team! We recently moved to a new Shopify Theme and needed to adjust Pickup settings. Jessica from the Zapiet support team made this process a breeze and went the extra mile to help us ensure everything works! We haven't gotten our site up fully yet, however the Zapiet customer service is the BEST! They have gotten us all set up for local delivery and pickup! By far the best customer service for a Shopify app that I have had.

Herman was very helpful with assisting me today. His response time was good. He was easy to understand and his instructions where easy to follow. When I'd made a mistake accidentally deleting something, he was very quick to offer to re-add it. My client will be over the moon that this app is now working and she will be able to open her Shopify store in the next few days.
