This is the perfect app to use for Pickup. There was a problem that happened with my theme and Jessica was wonderful. She quickly fixed the issue caused by someone else. Wonderful app and has fantastic support! ❤️

Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!

Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations). Please note; this works for domestic orders only. Also helped me as the developer of the store to make sure everything worked and looked good during a team-call. Couldn't be more happy! J'utilise cette application pour gérer du retrait de commande dans plusieurs lieux et de la prise de rdv pour ces retraits. L'application est top et le service client aussi ! Un support en français disponible si l'on veut, Sandy a passé plus deux 2h avec moi pour configurer tout ce que j'avais besoin ! Le top !

INCREDIBLE customer experience from Lisa. 5-stars is not enough to rate her superb customer service. We are a small boutique flower store in the middle of the Pacific, but because we cannot deliver an arrangement, I contemplated jumping on a life raft to sail back to the mainland and hand deliver an arrangement to Lisa to show our appreciation for her help and support. Oh, and the app is pretty great too. Would still recommend.

This app helps us to fulfill different order dates where customers need to select their delivery date. We also had some great help from their customer support team to help us adapt some new products on the site, they were brilliant in coming up with solutions to our problem!

Simple and elegant solution for all your pickup, shipping, and local delivery needs. Fits my bakery's use case very well because of how adaptable Zapiet's application is. The customer service experience is also absolutely top notch -- I was able to quickly schedule a time to talk with an advisor (Stephane) who was able to fully answer all my questions regarding set up as well as send more resources related to how Zapiet might integrate with Shopify and other applications that I may need.
