Jessica was extremely helpful and dove deep to figure out the issue happening with the language locales for our store. She was patient and explained everything she was doing step by step. She also went above and beyond and helped make the cart images (local delivery, pickup, etc.) visually work with out store design better! Amazing experience. Thanks Jessica!

Meets all my needs, however, I wish the customer support was faster. When you own a small business, often issues arise that need to be fixed quickly or it costs my business money. It can take a long time to get to a human which can be frustrating.

Jessica was absolutely brilliant! She was supportive, patient, and such a joy to work with throughout my setup—I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.
