Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!

Well I have to say that Zapiet has the best support team I have ever experienced! Stephane Fattizzo has done more than just help me out he has went above and beyond for our business and I've dealt with many apps, this is impeccable! My store does use a lot of different shipping profiles! and Zapiet works with Intuitive shipping to give you the freedom you need for whatever your shipping scenarios may be! Look no further when thinking of an app to make your store a pick up & delivery store this is the one you are looking for! thank you so much to the team at Zapiet!

If you're not using Store Pickup + Delivery for your local delivery management, then you're leaving money on the table. Incredibly useful options, support that gets back to you in MINUTES through chat. 0% regret.

This app is awesome. It met all of my needs for setting delivery area, price minimum, and set specific delivery needs. However, their customer service is hands down the best I have experienced. I have not been let down once from any of the Zapeit team but am consistently and pleasantly surprised each time that I chat with them as they help improve my shop with their recommendations as I go. The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Clemency- Thanks! Stephanie- Thanks!) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week and especially on 12/24/22 because we are closing early on that day (which is Christmas Eve). I did a work around and cut off pick up on every Saturday at 2 pm in December but thats not great for busy Saturdays. I reached out to Zapiet explaining that we want to hide pick up time slots on a particular date. They fixed it up in a jiff. Thank you! from, FATAPPLE'S Bakery - Berkeley & El Cerrito California USA

Highly recommend this app. As a florist, this app makes it so easy to manage local pickup and delivery and the support has been so prompt and helpful--truly above and beyond.

One of the most useful and amazing app out there! A must have. This is one of the most professional app we found and use. For us it combined three main features by offering the option of pickup & delivery (as well as shipping) + date and time picker + rates by post code / zip code. Basically does the job of three different apps, but better. The interface is excellent, as well as the customer experience it provides. A logistical solution that we now swear by. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely fantastic! It comes with a free setup call and we had the pleasure to be helped by Marija who was extremely helpful by listening and understanding our needs. She set up the app for us in order for it to perform at its best for the logistical system of our business.
