I was able to connect with somebody right when I was in the middle of a little crisis and Betty was so accommodating and was able to rectify the problem I was having with my rates and distance. I’m learning not to do it myself and let the pros take over and I’ll do what Im good at… Baking!! Thank you Betty for your amazing expertise, professionalism and patience! You’re the best!!!

Had such a fantastic experience working with Jessica from the support team! Went totally ABOVE AND BEYOND helping my bakery set up the custom pickup settings we need. First off, this is an incredible app with fantastic support. The AI agent, Zack, is impressively well-trained and was able to handle most of my questions with ease. When I needed to speak to a human, I booked a call and got connected with Jayne. She was absolutely lovely and took the time to help me with everything I needed. Great experience all around!
