Honestly, I was about to leave this at 2 stars and even seconds away from deleting the app after struggling for two days to get it working. Then I spoke with Jeanette — she completely turned everything around. She was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, and she made the setup work exactly how my business needed. Very useful app and the best part is ultra prompt customer support. the chat bot guides you the best of its abilities and then they connect you to a human if the case is complex. My store had a very difficult and complex shipping logic to be applied. Jeanette (CS rep) proved an immense help in setting that up first on her test stores and went over and above to get that implemented on my store. The implementation saved us the cost of using shopify advanced plan. Thanks team Zapiet and special thanks to Jeanette from support. had a lot of patience to understand the complex case and walking me through the implementation.

I had a couple of issue with set up when I changed some shipping options and Jessica was brilliant, she accessed the site, made the updates and explained all that she had done. Working perfectly now. Amazing!!

I've tried 3 other pickup apps and this is the best. Pickup is a teeny tiny part of my business (less than 8 a month- sometimes only 1) so I didn't want to pay for something and I didn't want something too complicated. I'm on the free plan and have been for 6 months. Even though I'm on the free plan, the service has been incredible! It's easy to set up, works great, and you have help when you need it. 5 stars! Two other apps I used offered a free plan, but after using them for a few months, they said they could no longer offer a free plan. It felt underhanded since it's still advertised on the Shopify App store as a free forever plan. I think that's just part of their business model.
