Phenomenal support! They really went the extra mile for me.
I am not tech savvy but the customer service across the board helps me figure out if app is being buggy and resolves issue in real time. It is not often that we experience this level of high quality service in this industry. Totally worth my hard earned money. Try it out but make sure the app interface is working on mobile as well it is on your desktop because that's where the problem is likely to happen.

Zapiet is a cool app which im trying out to use in my coffee roastery webshop, with the help of Stephan it went a lot easier and faster!

By FAR the best app support we have had in our transition to Shopify. Knowledgeable and fast with quick understanding of our unique needs. They left my store better than they found it. And the app absolutely rocks at doing the job it's designed to do. Thanks so much!

Ran into some issues when first installing and setting up this up (likely caused by us not the software), but between their AI Chat and quick live merchant support specialist, Jayne, we were back up and running quickly. Although could use some improvements with bulk edits and changes, Zapeit P&D has a ton of features and excited to get setup completed and start using it on our new site.
