Zapiet has had great customer service so far, and has been able to quickly customize text here and there and make sure the app is functioning correctly. Easy to set up and happy so far - no more deliveries outside our delivery radius!

The Zapiet app is excellent — very user-friendly and powerful. While there are still a few small issues that can be improved, today I faced some technical challenges and the support I received was outstanding. I had the pleasure of being helped by Sandy, who was incredibly kind, proactive, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to walk me through each point, and thanks to her, I feel much more confident in using the app.
