A supremely useful app. We mainly use the scheduler feature but it's essential for our shop. This group has easily some of the very best customer support as well, so if you have questions or any issues you can expect personable, considerate and thorough support pretty much any time of day. Really great!

Rutvik was so responsive and quick with the support. They quickly solved my issue and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It is sometimes hard to explain the issues over chat, but Rutvik understood right away and made is a seamless and enjoyable experience. Thank you!!

There was an issue with the functionality of my website that appeared to be Zapiet related. It wasn’t, but the support person Manuel went over and above to assist with solving the code issue. Zapiet customer support is fabulous, and the app is great too.

The Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app is essential to my store, and I continue to be happy with the functionality and customer service. The team is responsive and incredibly helpful - I recently dealt with both Gabriel and Betty, and they were quick to escalate and resolve my integration issue. Overall, the app makes the day-to-day functioning of my business so much easier and saves a lot of back and forth with customers about delivery.
