As always, a super helpful customer service team - Jessica was super helpful today. They always take time to understand my issue, figure out a solution and execute that solution and even offer additional services like customizing the color of their widget to match my site.

Zapiet has been a wonderful app to solve our unique shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup options. The back end is very intuitive with lots of customization. Their support team has been amazing, especially Jeanette! She responded quickly and took the time to hop on a call with us to work through any issues we were running into.
