Needed help getting the discount codes for pickup/delivery working. Clemency provided excellent customer service and was able to fix the issues we were having. Very happy with this app!

Their customer service is 10/10! Had an issue setting up shipping and delivery profiles, and Jessica was more than helpful in resolving my issue and fixing a few other things.

Rutvik and Stephane have been an extremely responsive and effective in terms of her support. 5 stars!! Managing Apps on Shopify is not always the easiest of tasks, we have been using Zapiet for years now, it is intuitive, logically laid out and has an awesome support team that is very responsive, whenever any questions arise or settings need tweaking which is inevitable they are there night or day. Highly recommended.

The immediate service provided was a game changer for my team. We use the tool on several stores and are extremely satisfied with the overall experience and quality of this application. App is easy to use with lots of customisable options. Support team are absolutely brilliant! Excellent response time. I was recently assisted by Betty and they were so helpful. Betty didn't simply make the necessary changes but also explained every step of the way what was being done. This helped give me a better understanding of how the app works for different cart scenarios. Thanks Betty! :)

So far, so good! We're a florist and gift store, with a need for date and time selection for fresh flowers, yet at the same time we sell non floral goods country wide. Shopify can't support this, and with the help of the awesome Jelizaveta, she was able to quickly sort out the issues I was having (of my own making), and recommend some other things to sort out to make the customer experience seamless and have the store work perfectly. It finally feels like the store is properly working and nearly ready to launch. Thanks so much Jelizaveta!

The App has a few glitches. Most of the time it works well. Best delivery app for Shopify. The support is 10/10. Best app support! They respond straight away and they fix things straight away.

I had an issue that was preventing key customers from being able to place orders. Rather than just providing blanket responses and trying to send me off to fix the issue on my own, Leo took the time to look into my settings and help make the corrections needed to get my cart back up and running. I really appreciated him being so patient and helpful.

Extremely helpful team and a great app! They work with you every step of the way to make sure their app integrates as smoothly as possible into your workflow. We had some bumps in the road due to other apps, but Stephane was a huge help in getting all the kinks worked out and we were able to roll out local delivery for our shops! I never hesitate to reach out with a problem, and they are always happy to help, and always in a timely manner! It seems like they have helpful staff in every time zone because I have always been able to set up a zoom call or chat at my convenience. The initial setup can be intimidating, but they will do as much as they possibly can to make it accessible and convenient.
