We are using this app to deliver locally and set parameters around that. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in tweaking it over the last 30 days as we test its usability. We're very happy now with how it works for us. Especially appreciate that they proactively follow up when I contact them, then get distracted by the many other balls in the air running a business. They don't let issues fall through the cracks. Great job Zapiet!

The entire team at Zapiet are super ROCKSTARS... always and forever on our side! Stephane is our hero of the day .. he was able to quickly access and resolve the issue we were having with a conflicting, recently-installed app and guide us to safer waters. The app itself is fantastic, and the support team are incredible. We recently updated our Theme and it really messed with a lot of the apps that we had installed. Of the dozen or so apps that we use (and needed to reach out to), Zapiet have by far been the most friendly and efficient team. They've even helped us with aspects of our Theme upgrade that fall outside their actual app, which has been so helpful. Can't recommend enough - Thank you again to the team!

I was having huge issues with customers choosing the wrong shipping type, choosing store pick up when they live out of state. choosing delivery when they live outside the delivery zone etc. The post code checker for deliveries means I can set a maximum distance for driving. I can choose the default shipping type, customise rates, customise notifications etc. I had a few issues getting it started due to needing some code changed in my shopify theme but Sandy fixed it in the time between I went to bed and when I woke up. Great service, great app, highly recommend!

This app is great for customers to choose if they want to go to our store and pick up their order or have it shipped. The back office is easy to use and navigate. Customer service has always been quick and helpful, thankfully!

I have used other apps for delivery before having the need to offer store pickup, local delivery, and shipping. This is the best app you can have, it works as described. It offers many options for customization and it is easy to set up. Customer support is stellar. I needed some tweaks to be done and Sandy, Ismail, Sam and Andy, are all great to work with and will go the extra mile to help you out. Thank you!! Highly recommended!
