I have the best support I could ask for to get our pickup and delivery set up. From email support to getting on a call, they have held my hand the whole way. Not only getting us set up but helping us understand it as well. Thank you Zapiet!

I love their live-chat support 7 days a week. Representatives are really knowledgeable and help you setup your app settings directly. We had a conflict with shipping zones and María guided me & helped me better understand the settings when connecting this app to other apps such as Rates by Distance.

i had a bug going on with the google api and zapiet. i tried getting help with google and shopify but none were able to solve my problem. stephane helped me on zapiet's support chat. he was amazing and got everything solved quickly.

We had a conflict due to custom code interfering with the checkout button. Their support team were able to react very fast and identify the problem.

This app has been huge for us since 2020. We are able to offer Curbside Pick-Up and Local Deliveries. This app in conjunction with the Zapiet - Rates By Distance app have allowed me to have my local deliveries calculated by distance. The support team is always very helpful with troubleshooting. I worked with Stephane today and he was able to send me some helpful articles and walk me through getting the map on my check out screen to work as it had recently stopped working. Will continue using this app. Thank you for all the help.

This app has solved a big problem for us with click and collect - installation was straight forward and the support we received for when we had a question was fast and excellent.

Great Level of Communication, and they always jump into help with a problem is just too much to figure out! Jeanette Rocks. and the entire development team! I had a problem and hit them up at 11pm PST on a Tuesday and the problem that was a big bug, was taken care of! just like that, its Thursday morning.

I'm a firm believer that what makes or breaks an app, is their support. Zapiet should get 10 stars for all the times they've made tweaks, answered questions and simply went above and beyond the scope of their app for me. Their turn around time is amazing and they know their stuff. Worth every penny!
