Really great app for my business needs. I was stuck trying to correctly configure my shipping rates and needed to ask for assistance from the team. I was prepared to wait a long time for a response, but Claudia got back to me so quickly and resolved my issue straight away! Really great customer service and support! Thank you!

This app has worked very well for our business. The settings allow flexibility to customize as we need, and support has been fantastic when we do have questions or needs. Salaj was very helpful troubleshooting an issue that arose from an inadvertent error that would have taken us a while to find.

We used Zapiet to offer Local Delivery and Store Pickup for Online Balloon business. They help us to set it up and great service afterwards. The app works great.

Great app, but even better staff working for the app, Sri went above and beyond this evening. We were really struggling with the rates and having trouble with people being able to order. Sri step by step talked us through it and fixed everything for us. And cleared some errors he spotted without asking. Great guy

This is a super app to help allow Pickup and Delivery options for my customers. The app is simply to use and the customer service team is awesome, they are very friendly and trust worthy. It is a great app to enhance a shopify store.
