This app will let our customer to receive a greater delivery service. We were having a few issues with the integration of the app with our page, but thanks to the technical support resources, in particular of Marija, we were able to fix the issues and now our customer will be able to receive fair delivery rates. Thanks a lot Marija, you have being awesome.

We use this app to designate store pickups in our growing list of branches, and adding new stores is a breeze. We found an issue where our store hours on the app didn't reflect hour actual hours - I reached out to the support team and Stephane was able to provide a solution within minutes. Great product, amazing support!

Used along with Zapiet Rates by Distance to set up quite complex delivery and shipping services, with different products available in different locations at different rates. Zapiet support held my hand all the way. First class app and support.

contact support are very helpful. I would like the App to have a slot limitation for delivery and pick up (now the feuature is divided)

This app is brilliant, out of all the Store Pickup and Delivery apps out there this one is by far the most robust and flexible and the customer support is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend.

The app is great for organizing orders for local pickup and delivery. We recently ran into problems integrating the program with a new theme, but the team at Zapiet was super responsive, helpful, and got us back up and running pretty quick again.

We have been with this app since the beginning of COVID. It definitely had its challenges with the influx of users, but a year later, it now has a chat and is much easier to access help. They even customized some things for us, which is great (like a colour button)

Outstanding support (especially from Jessica!). We have a fairly unusual setup for our bakery - we only offer pickup in-store and have a lot of complicated rules for which items are available for same-day ordering vs. pre-order, certain time frames required to order, etc. I appreciate that I can set up these complex rules in Zapiet. Plus, they have a FANTASTIC support team that consistently goes above and beyond to help solve any issues. Support is also typically FAST - any critical issues are resolved within hours if not minutes.

Thank-you Ismail for all your help installing the app and for taking the time to make sure everything was running smoothly. Your friendly, responsive and knowledgeable service is very much appreciated. I look forward to launching our online store. The app is perfect for what our bakery needs to schedule pick-ups and local deliveries. It allows us to easily set specific days and time slots for both our pick-ups and deliveries. As well as to set product date restrictions. We bake special desserts only on the weekends and this app easily helps us manage that. Thank-you again for going above and beyond to help us!

I used this app to help with my pick up times and dates. It works amazing and when I was having trouble with a feature I reached out and they quickly worked with me to show me how to do it. Excellent Customer service and very quick and eager to help

MUST HAVE APP 2021. Customers can schedule a delivery, curbside pickup, or shipping in advance, eliminating the need for third party companies like Doordash. We grew our sales 10x using this and the local delivery app. The system took a little effort to get going, and the customer service really made the money worth it. The customer service was able to login to our shop and see what errors we saw, and were able to make adjustments as necessary to make sure their product worked for us. THIS WAS WHERE I KNEW THIS WAS A 5 STAR APP. No other company has been as beneficial as Zapiet, thank you!
