Great and responsive customer service. We had several issues regarding compatibility and coding. One of the customer service reps at Zapiet was able to solve the problem over night and we are very appreciative as other delivery date & shipping apps lack some of the major features of Zapiet.

I am a new user of Zapiet and less than 24 hours in, I am THRILLED. Beyond the fact that it provides me (a small business owner) with capabilities that Shopify does not, I needed help and Jessica (customer support) got online with me and took over - fixed what I was doing wrong (my lack of understanding, not an issue with the app), but she also taught me what went wrong so I can be self-sufficient. I am so pleased and this app is going to make a real difference to my business in 2023. Thank you!

Great Customer Service!!! Kitty and Jeanette have been instrumental in helping me 1st improve Zapiet set-up and 2nd fix a situation where I messed-up my shipping settings. They really went the extra mile to find a solution to my challenge.

This app was a bit overwhelming to set up, but the support was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me set everything up and get everything running for my site.

Best thing about this app is the support. These guys want you to be successfull and care about the customer. Pre sales, they listened to every question I had and walked me trough my product integration. Clean app. Easy to use. Gets the job done and was developed well. updated review: today i had an issue with my shipping and Jessica hung with me for over 3 hours working to troubleshoot the error i experienced. we finally discovered a failure with UPS that was not sending a complete error. she and the other techs i have worked with are amazing. true product specialist! 6 stars if i could

We have used Store Pickup + Delivery to deal with some custom shipping scenarios beyond simple store pickup. Customer and dev support has been fantastic on several occasions when we've had to make changes outside of the usual app parameters.

We use this app to schedule deliveries for our food cart. We find it easy to use and the support team is responsive and great to work with!

I couldn’t recommend this app or the people who work on it enough. I had an issue trying to set up all products for local pickup. I spoke with Stephane who talked me through it step by step and within less than 10 minutes I knew how to do it!! This is the perfect app to use for Pickup. There was a problem that happened with my theme and Jessica was wonderful. She quickly fixed the issue caused by someone else. Wonderful app and has fantastic support!
