Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!

Zapiet made our retail integration for local delivery and local pickup much easier. Jessica from Zapiet was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to help us tweak it for our use case.

Support was super responsive and was able to fix several issues quickly so we can launch our new site!

Kitty was very helpful in doing some minor customization work for me and guided me through a fix to correct an issue that I had when I was adding a new digital product.

INCREDIBLE customer experience from Lisa. 5-stars is not enough to rate her superb customer service. We are a small boutique flower store in the middle of the Pacific, but because we cannot deliver an arrangement, I contemplated jumping on a life raft to sail back to the mainland and hand deliver an arrangement to Lisa to show our appreciation for her help and support. Oh, and the app is pretty great too. Would still recommend.
