I really appreciate the customer service with this app. There were some hiccups in getting the app installed, and the Zapiet team was very responsive and helpful in getting everything working smoothly.

Zapiet is great, and Herman is an amazing person who was able to respond to my needs as well as implement a solution in a matter of minutes. I love working with Zapiet, and encourage the use by any store doing local delivery with Shopify.

Chat support was fantastic! I was shocked and how well it went. Jessica did a great job of figuring out what help I needed and got it done! I usually do not enjoy using chat's as other companies chats tend to go in circles, but this was a GREAT experience! Thank You!
