Srivastav was very helpful in resolving the issue and was very quick and polite. Srivastav also provided a loom video to assist with correcting the configuration settings. It's a shame that initially so much time was taken up by "Zack" the AI bot prior to being escalated to a person. It would have been a much better customer experience if I was directed to a person initially.

Its very difficult to provide customer service through text, yet Jessica preventing me from cancelling my subscription by just be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. she needs a raise and a promotion, thank you so much for being awesome Jessica

I'm with this app for years for my store. The app works well for pickup/delivery options and the help centre is helpful. They also offer multiple languages, EN-FR for my store.

New to the app but looks great. Took a little effort to get it set up the way i need it but support was outstanding! Genesis was great and worked through any and all issues I had until we got it perfect. Keep up the great work
