I'm giving this team, and their product, five stars for going above and beyond to support our migration to a new 2.0 theme. When a significant issue was threatening to derail our migration, the team worked over the weekend to respond and code a solution. Hard to know how you could ask for anything more from a customer service level. Their service level is the best in this class of apps by far, and the functionality is as well. Kudos to the entire team for providing service excellence.

Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!

The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Pavlo) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week: its complicated because we extend pickup hours in one location and reduce hours in our other location.
