This is the ideal app : easy to integrate and perfect for specific delivery needs such as limiting delivery districts and slots of time, that could be very interesting for foodtech websites. In addition, the sales support was more than efficient, always available with useful explanations. Furthermore, there are a lot of new features to be published since they work very hard in improving the app taking into account customers needs !

The app is easy to integrate, and the things that you need help with is getting delt with swiftly via support. The app looks good and solve many of the issues we are facing when it comes to delivery options. Recommended!

This is the ideal app if you have one or more pick-up locations you want to offer customers instead of (or in addition) to shipping options. My favorite feature is the offset functionality, so if it takes time to make an order, you can set it so the customer cannot choose to pick it up until X days. It's pretty reasonably priced but what makes it stand out is the support. Andy is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the app is working in an optimal way in your store.

I compare this app as i compare an android phone to an iphone. This app has every function and they are still adding more. It is versitile and can be adapted to your needs. Their customer service is fast and very helpful. I would like to see a fixed price for long term users, as it can be seen as expensive long term. Highly recommended.

Works great for store who have multiple sales locations. The postal-code validation feature is a state of the art technology. Customer support is very responsive. I would recommend to everyone who wants to delivery local and has multiple outlets. Just create the system and it will work without any error or your personal intervention. Great app! It's very flexible. I was able to customize for an unusual use case that has used to require complex and awkward workaround solutions. It's saved me a ton of time and significantly simplified the experience for my customers. The support has been above and beyond - helpful, friendly, and responsive - even over the holidays. This is such a brilliant app and worth every penny. Shopify's native ability does not have the same flexibility at all. The support is like no other I've ever received: super fast and always so friendly. Highly recommended.

The app caters for just about everything we need it to do, and the technical support from Andy when we were having difficulties setting up was just awesome. Now we don't have to deal with constantly contacting customers to arrange for deliveries and pickups - it's worth every dollar spent!

Zapiet works well for us and their customer service and support are fantastic. We always have a quick response despite being located in a different timezone to the Zapiet team, and they suggest extra modifications to help us run more smoothly. Very appreciated.

What a great app! We are a small bakery with 4 locations and had a hard time finding something that would allow us to easily set up in store pick up. This was exactly what we needed. This is my first time setting up a website and Andrew was extremely helpful when I had questions. Thank you! Updated on 4/17/2020 - We have been using this app for a couple years and I would give it 6 stars if I could. If I ever have an issue, I email their support and the problem is fixed within a few hours. They are great, thank you again!!

The app works as promise. But what is a no brainer is the fast and effective customer service. I am very pleased with how I was treated and how quickly the resolved the problems I presented. Totally recommend it to everyone who wants to add a pick-up option to their store :D

This app has changed the way we do e-commerce. It combines delivery, local delivery and pickup. We couldn't find anything else that allowed us to do all 3 so seamlessly. The support we've received has been second to none. Thank you! I highly recommend using In-Store Pickup / Click & Collect.

This has been essential to our Brick-and-Morter Appliance Store. We needed a very simple way to have the customer choose In-Store pickup. Before this app, we had to ask the customer to enter our store's Zip so the sales tax would calculate correctly. As you might expect, the customer never did. When a customer chooses In-Store at the cart now, this app prefills your store's address and hides it, so they are only entering e-mail and phone number information. The app developer, Andrew, has been very responsive and helpful also with a few caveats related to our theme. This was a life-saver!

In-Store Pickup is the prefect app for business looking for a organized way to allow customers to select a date and time they would want to pickup their order. Also the support from the developer is fast and reliable. We had a code issue and he was very fast to respond and help fix the issue. I highly recommend this application.

To be honest, this app has been pretty awesome so far (although I have not used it for too long). I switched from a messy checkout process on BigCommerce to use this app and Shopify and it has made a world of difference. Our checkout process is much easier, less confusing and way faster. The support team has been very helpful as well, responding quickly whether they can make a change or not and if they can, they do it very fast. Would definitely recommend them.
