This is a great product that is easy to use, even for those without coding experience. Andy went above and beyond to ensure it was installed on our site properly, even with the added needs of our slide out cart. Fantastic experience!

Fantastic Support! Other app and software companies can learn a thing or two about customer service from Andy and his team. Our store has some specific requirements and conflicts but Andy jumps right in and knocks them all out. Great Job! Update: I have to give them another 5 STARS. We had issues today with that app that were not even caused by their app but by conflicts with another app and our our settings and Andrew replied to every email within minutes and kept hammering at the issue into he found out what it was. It's all about support for us and customer service and we are pleased in every way. THANK YOU!

WOW! Absolutely exceptional customer service. Fast, friendly and very professional. The help I got from the staff with the integration was faultless, they could not have been anymore professional and knowledgeable. This app does all it says and more. I highly recommend this app, I could not operate without it. Thank you to the staff for having service as great as the product.

Does everything we need and loads more. All we needed was a simple choice for the customer to collect from one location but be shown Delivery as the default option with Collect as an option. Awesome support from Andy, even to the extent of investigating and fixing something in our cart that wasn't directly related to this app!

We're still in the testing phases, but this app seems to do what it is supposed to do, and do it well! Installation support via chat with Andrew was not only prompt, but friendly and on a Monday evening no less. Highly recommended! Edit: had some issues getting this to work correctly (though I fully admit it might be user error) and ended up uninstalling. Will probably revisit with Andrew at a later date. Double Edit: re-installed and working great, thanks to Andy for being persistent and making sure we were happy.

Excellent support! Fast response and customer care support. You can't imagine that this support service happen in Shopify App, even hard to find in Software Engineering Industry.

Just finished setting up my In Store Pick Up app and what a great app it is. I have several farmers markets where we only attend on a weekly basis and I can select just the day that I'm there for my customers to collect their orders. This is exactly what I've been looking for for a long time. Its very easy to set up and Andy in support was great, he even updated my checkout page to the latest version. This app is fabulous, I love it. Now my customers can choose between home delivery and in-store pickup, and indicate their preferred day and time, according to my set preferences. Thanks so much for your responsiveness and for your help Andy, and taking the extra time with me to make sure the app works really well on my site and looks great.

Great App and support. We were able to change the text throughout the plugin to suit our copy tone of voice, customise email templates and the rest of the process was straight forward to setup. Andy was on hand to help with our themes Ajax cart implementation.

You know, sometimes you buy something, and it works as promised right out the gate. I love it when that happens. That's what happened when I bought this plugin. Well sort of. I did need some special tweaking to make it fit my client's needs, but Andrew took that on quickly and at a very low price. The plugin was used to set certain products that require a prescription as in store pick up only so that our shop could offer it's wares online while still remaining compliant. I came back to him later to help with some small changes, and he was there right away to help. Like right away. Its 6.30 PM in Texas so it must be after midnight in England, and he was there to help practically on demand. Can't beat it. If anything funky comes down the road, I'm confident Andrew and his team will be there to help.

This app was exactly what we needed to provide checkout options for our customers. We ran into a small issue with set up and as soon as we accessed the live chat for help, Andy was there immediately to solve the problem. Great customer support!

Developer is a cool guy, very helpful and employs improvements to the app that help users lives easier. Fixed our problem with our shop in a jiffy. Recommended for everyone.
