What app doesn't have bugs here and there. On the technical level, I am software illiterate. It takes a few steps to suit my needs. But what made me stay is the customer service. They never disappoint. I really mean that. Solid app. 4/5. But the people made it 5/5. Well done.

I can't say enough great things about the excellent customer service I receive from Zapiet. Jessica was able to troubleshoot and solve an odd issue with the Rates by Distance app within a matter of minutes. I was so grateful!

The support team for this app are amazing! They have helped me numerous times and are very easy to get in touch with. The app itself is great and solves many of the issues that Shopify's native Pickup / Shipping / Delivery systems has. 10/10 would recommend.

We found this app and tested many other similar ones. What makes Zapiet stand out from the other apps besides the great function is their support team. Marija and the team took such great care in understanding our needs, finding creative solutions to help us. Thank you!! Highly recommend this app. Update: 2024 Zapiet continues to deliver on outstanding customer service. They helped to update the entire app and tested to ensure it worked correctly at checkout. Jessica worked with us for over 3 hours and I can't thank them enough.

We use this app heavily for our delivery service company and it's been good to us. It's almost perfect but we believe it will get there between better synergy with Shopify and added features. Leo was my support today and he has been great. Quick answers and clear instructions, It doesn't go unseen.

Super useful for navigating customers so they know when their delivery is due and what day. I had some issues but lisa was so helpful, the online chat is really good

This app will let our customer to receive a greater delivery service. We were having a few issues with the integration of the app with our page, but thanks to the technical support resources, in particular of Marija, we were able to fix the issues and now our customer will be able to receive fair delivery rates. We use this app to designate store pickups in our growing list of branches, and adding new stores is a breeze. We found an issue where our store hours on the app didn't reflect hour actual hours - I reached out to the support team and Stephane was able to provide a solution within minutes. Great product, amazing support!

Used along with Zapiet Rates by Distance to set up quite complex delivery and shipping services, with different products available in different locations at different rates. Zapiet support held my hand all the way. First class app and support.

This app is brilliant, out of all the Store Pickup and Delivery apps out there this one is by far the most robust and flexible and the customer support is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend.
