Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Not only is this, by far, the best Local Delivery app in the app store---and you get Store Pickup with it!---support is absolutely excellent. I tried two alternative apps, and this one has far and away the best features, and the best design both for customers and in the admin. Don't waste your time with the other offerings currently available.

The app does everything it promises to do, and support has been awesome. It really helped deal with the issue of pickups vs. local deliveries vs. shipping since we do all three. Highly recommended.

We have been using the Store Pickup + Delivery app for a few years now. The app works well on desktop and mobile for delivery and pickup orders with multiple store locations. The Zapiet team is always professional, meticulous, and quick to respond. Big thanks to Sam, Jayne Forde, Chloé Beattie, and Krystabel Djajalie! Update, August, 2024: Krystabel was impressively diligent and prompt in addressing our inquiry. She guided us through the issue and provided a solution. Thank you, Krystabel! This app is AWESOME, and frankly, we wouldn't have a shop site, if it wasn't for this app. We have 75 locations across Canada, so this app was essential for local pickups at our stores. It has been recently re-designed and looks and works so well. All that said, the best part about this app is the support and service, which has been outstanding. Thanks so much!

This is the ideal app if you have one or more pick-up locations you want to offer customers instead of (or in addition) to shipping options. My favorite feature is the offset functionality, so if it takes time to make an order, you can set it so the customer cannot choose to pick it up until X days. It's pretty reasonably priced but what makes it stand out is the support. Andy is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the app is working in an optimal way in your store.

This is such a brilliant app and worth every penny. Shopify's native ability does not have the same flexibility at all. The support is like no other I've ever received: super fast and always so friendly. Highly recommended.

Zapiet works well for us and their customer service and support are fantastic. We always have a quick response despite being located in a different timezone to the Zapiet team, and they suggest extra modifications to help us run more smoothly. Very appreciated.

In-Store Pick Up is exactly what I needed on my site to invite more purchases from local customers. I am new to site building and found the app easy to install and use. Andy is also extremely nice and was there to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!

What a great app! We are a small bakery with 4 locations and had a hard time finding something that would allow us to easily set up in store pick up. This was exactly what we needed. This is my first time setting up a website and Andrew was extremely helpful when I had questions. Thank you! Updated on 4/17/2020 - We have been using this app for a couple years and I would give it 6 stars if I could. If I ever have an issue, I email their support and the problem is fixed within a few hours. They are great, thank you again!!

This app has changed the way we do e-commerce. It combines delivery, local delivery and pickup. We couldn't find anything else that allowed us to do all 3 so seamlessly. The support we've received has been second to none. Thank you! I highly recommend using In-Store Pickup / Click & Collect.

This has been essential to our Brick-and-Morter Appliance Store. We needed a very simple way to have the customer choose In-Store pickup. Before this app, we had to ask the customer to enter our store's Zip so the sales tax would calculate correctly. As you might expect, the customer never did. When a customer chooses In-Store at the cart now, this app prefills your store's address and hides it, so they are only entering e-mail and phone number information. The app developer, Andrew, has been very responsive and helpful also with a few caveats related to our theme. This was a life-saver!

In-Store Pickup is the prefect app for business looking for a organized way to allow customers to select a date and time they would want to pickup their order. Also the support from the developer is fast and reliable. We had a code issue and he was very fast to respond and help fix the issue. I highly recommend this application.

Does everything we need and loads more. All we needed was a simple choice for the customer to collect from one location but be shown Delivery as the default option with Collect as an option. Awesome support from Andy, even to the extent of investigating and fixing something in our cart that wasn't directly related to this app!

We're still in the testing phases, but this app seems to do what it is supposed to do, and do it well! Installation support via chat with Andrew was not only prompt, but friendly and on a Monday evening no less. Highly recommended! Edit: had some issues getting this to work correctly (though I fully admit it might be user error) and ended up uninstalling. Will probably revisit with Andrew at a later date. Double Edit: re-installed and working great, thanks to Andy for being persistent and making sure we were happy.
