Great App and once fully implemented on my site I should be able to stop using some other complicated shipping apps/processes. Had some minor install issues due to my site customisations but the team provided me with excellent support that allowed me to solve my challenges. Ironically, 3-4 hours after installing and going live we had our first store pick up/click and collect customer seamlessly place an order ;-) Highly recommended.

If you offer pick up and local delivery this really is an APP you can’t be without. The support is second to none, Sam has always been just an E-mail away with advice and and helping hand along the way. Carlsberg don’t make Shopify Apps but if they did...... Top APP... Top guys.

We literally could not operate our business with out this app (or at least it would be significantly more difficult). This app is essential for any business that offers a combination of pick, delivery, and shipping. We have retail locations where we offer pickup of healthy prepared meals, local delivery that we deliver using an in-house team, and are getting set up to ship using 3rd party carriers. The app informs customers of these options as part of the checkout process in a seamless, easy to use way, and allows us to easily manage and fulfill the different kinds of orders on the back end. And a HUGE thank you to Sam for some of the quickest and most thorough customer service we've experienced. If there is a problem it gets fixed super quickly or a solution is queued for the dev team--they are very responsive to the feature requests of merchants. Thank you Zapiet team for creating such an essential app for our business!

This is really working well for our store (https://www.autoskinz.com) as some products we carry can't be sold online. This allows us to offer and pay for those items online but finish the transaction in person. Great app!

If you're looking for Store Pickup and Delivery choices for site, this app is the perfect choice. It looks great and works superbly. When we changed our theme we experienced a minor issue which was rapidly resolved over a weekend! Only a few hours later all was working perfectly again. Excellent support from Zapiet!

This app is PERFECT for local pickup, delivery and national delivery. The support from the developer to integrate it into our site was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for an app that provides options for local pickup, local delivery and national delivery then this is the ONLY APP YOU NEED. I have been over the moon about this app. It works exactly as intended, and with continued upgrades and added features, it has only become more valuable to our business over time. Outstanding customer support. Sam helped us make a few tweaks specific to our theme and responded quickly and followed through with everything he said he'd do. We are only using the pick-up feature, and have yet to put our site live, but I know we are in good hands. Love the customizability of the button design. They did a great job overcoming Shopify's shortcomings for this issue- I'm so happy we decided to give this App a shot!

This is a must have app for B&M stores with online presence. Andrew and his team is unbelievable. Here is a quick example: I emailed him an issue and he immediately responded 9:00 pm london time! Wow! who even provides support that late? Very quick with fixing the issue. The price is reasonable and they are not in the business of nickle and diming the businesses. Excellent app and excellent support.

Support for this app is absolutely the BEST! Sam was wonderful and patiently resolved several issues I had during the initial installation. The app itself is fabulous and does exactly what it promises to do. Customizing it is easy. If you have any minor glitches/questions along the way, you don't have to worry since the customer support will be there to help make it right. I would highly recommend it!!!

This app is an absolute must for any shop that does pick up and deliveries. The user interface is sleek and professional looking. Customizability and scalability is great too with Sam and his team always tweaking and making it better. Sam is the man. He's brilliant and works hard to make this an amazing app. The support is excellent as well. He really made time for me and helped to make sure everything was up and running. Store Pickup + Delivery is worth every penny. All good!

Our store needed some custom work and it was no trouble at all for Andy and his team to do! After several back and forth emails, Andy had a new code and applied it to our store for us.
