Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

** Update April 25th 2021** So I ended up switching from this app last year to shopify's native local delivery and store pickup function (which works fantastically I might add). I was trying to keep my app count down but Shopify threw a curveball with their multi origin shipping that in theory was great but if you have multiple locations that fulfill and the order gets split being fullfilled by two or more locations the customer gets charged double or even triple the shipping charge... talk about conversion killer. I found a very well kept secret, getting shopify to put me back to single origin shipping and boom problem solved hover you lose the native Store pickup function and technically their local delivery option as well (that didnt take). So I came back to Zapiet a year later and good lord they've improved leaps and bounds, with app functionality and the support is ridiculousy good this time around (even though they really tried to step up last year after I complained). These guys are great and I'll support them. I'll give them 10 stars later if they can pull off my new features suggestions lol. Keep it up my dudes! ** Update April 9, 2020** So it really takes a lot to impress me as a Sr. Consultant - digital transformation strategist for mid to large companies with a background in software development. Andy and his team soundly responded to my review and concerns with a viable reason as to the lack of support initially which was pretty clear given the COVID Pandemic. Im updating this review in this way so you can see that it isnt a fake review and im as thorough as I can be. They have gone above board to fix the issues I had and keep me in the loop for future upgrades and I've been dealing directly with the leadership team and development. We are still in the testing phase of the updates and so far 80% is top notch so ive updated the rating to 3 stars because the service is excellent now. Once the last fix corrected to truly test the apps competence tech wise.. i'll update again.

Best support ever! This app really helped us with our 40 pick up points. Needs for every eshop are different. This amazing team heard our feedback and helped us on every change that we needed. For us a great support team is worth more than an app. Here we have both. And even under the current circumstances everyone in this team was here for us, fixing every problem. Thank you guys!

Update 2 (8/2020): The Zapiet team has continued to make progress and improvements, increasing reliability and quality of service in the last few months, and we appreciate their commitment and assistance. Zapiet is certainly the best pickup/delivery system on Shopify I'm aware of! --- Update 1 (4/2020): After 1 week of launching, noticing a large number of bugs: 1] dropped delivery orders 2] dispatched orders that remain unfulfilled in Shopify 3] widget doesn't dynamically update when cart items are added/removed Support team unfortunately hasn't been responsive in getting these issues fixed and our operations team is suffering. Good luck. --- Love the Zapiet team & product. We were able to push out delivery + pickup service to our store in just a few days which really helped when the pandemic hit. The entire team is extremely helpful & supportive - this is the app to choose for adding pickup / delivery to your Shopify store.

Incredibly easy to set up, brilliant support for when I got stuck. Very customisable and solved the problem that was necessary for my store.

Haven't fully tested the app yet, but had one of the best customer service experiences with Zapiet. After a slight delay, (due to higher than normal traffic volume for Zapiet) the customer service team fixed all my problems and even went above and beyond to provide extras I didn't even ask for! We are confident that Zapiet will work great for our local business and feel great having such a supportive group behind us.

I have installed this app to assist our business sell our products in local suburbs only. It is perfect for our requirements. While it is straight forward to set up, when I needed support, the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery team responded quickly, despite the huge demand at the moment due to Covid-19 situation. I just started using this app in the wake of the COVID-19 shutdown, and the ZAPIET team was amazing in the speed of their response in helping me get local pick up and delivery working properly on my theme, despite the fact I know they're swamped with new customers doing the same thing! So far the app is working well for us, and I'm grateful to have such a simple solution to quickly add pick-up and delivery options for my customers! Highly recommend!

The best App for Delivery and Pickup. Managed to set it up in less than 1 hour. Has a lot of options like limiting no. of deliveries per day. Worth the price! Customer support is also very fast, competent and friendly. Keep up the good work.

I use this app for delivery dates for my local business, I like how it integrates with delivery rates by zip codes to offer different delivery rates to customers in different areas and their support is excellent!

-update to 5*- My frustration turned out to be legacy code on my site. The support team came through in a big way to fix things and saved the day. After my search for other similar apps, I can say that this is the racehorse that you really need. -initial 1*- Very disappointed that the app didn't function as promised. The 'Delivery' option never worked, and despite repeated attempts to contact their Support, the issue was never resolved. Uninstalled and looking for something else.

Simple to use, lot's of features for store pick up and delivery. Inventory sync with Shopify is a huge plus. I would recommend to give it a trial.

We have a brick & mortar and online store. I recently added this app due to having to close our store to foot traffic. I struggled getting the settings correct. I reached out to the developer and they responded within a reasonable amount of time, especially considering the Covid 19 situation the world is dealing with. The communication and follow up was greatly appreciated. They were able to remedy the problem I was having quickly. The app is working well and we are getting positive feedback from our customers.
