Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

The app itself works pretty decently, but what I'm really giving 5 stars for is the swift, empathetic, and awesome team behind this app! They we're great with helping us out when our shop was having trouble with the programs. They're staff responded quickly to our inquiry, and was patient with us and our lack of knowledge. They fixed the issue without needing hardly any of our (precious) time and courteously notified us when the issue was resolved. The app itself has been used a handful of times by locals, especially those requesting they're items are giftwraped, which is awesome. We love this app during the holiday season!

This is a great store pickup + delivery app! The support team is always very friendly and helpful. Once again, Jessica is a wonderful service provider. She is quick to respond, understands unique problems easily and communicates user needs effectively to developers, and vice versa. She resolved our issue in a matter of minutes! 10 out of 10 for Jessica - she's a delight to work with!

SP+D is working awesome for me. Whenever an issue was encountered a developer from Zapiet responded as soon as they could given the time difference from CA to Europe. And went into our site and fixed the issue ASAP. We have store pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping working flawlessly. Local delivery is feeding info to Deliv just fine. And this app works great with Zapier. When an order is placed, no matter the fulfillment type, SP+D sends all required data to our orders spreadsheet and Slack channel via Zapier. Yes it takes times and patience and know-how to make all this happen, but once it's done it all works like a Swiss watch. I highly recommend this app! A+

This app is fantastic! I was building a website for a client, and the Zapiet support team has been nothing short of amazing - we ran into a few small bumps, which the team remedied quickly. They explained the solutions in ways I could easily understand, and both Zapiet apps I'm using run perfectly with the site. Honestly, this is one of the best apps on Shopify! It completes any feature that is missing from Shopify. We have a brick-and-mortar store and online store and offer local delivery, store pickup and carrier shipping and this app is able to handle it all! And Zapiet's customer support is amazing just like their product: quick and they make sure the issues are solved no matter how complex.

The install process takes a little while to make it exactly what you need it to be for your own specific use, but if you follow instructions, it is straightforward. The app works well and is the best I found if you offer delivery. When faced with an issue, I contacted support and was helped within 24 hrs and the issue was solved. I am happy with the app and the support.

Coming to the end of our free trial is was an easy decision to keep this app on permanently. The features handled many of our shipping issues with the added benefit of adding pickup options. The customer support team has been very quick with responses and straightforward about the abilities of the program. They even went so far as to add custom features required for a few of our products. 5 star recomendation all the way.

Great app! My goal was to have a clean check-out procedure where customers wouldn't be confused or able to select the wrong shipping on items where I wanted to force in-store pickup. After a very quick exchange of a few emails (very timely response) and a tiny bit of Shopify reconfigure, they walked me through the setup and I was good to go! Also, in comparing similar apps, I felt Zapiet had the best and most elegant UI.

I can't say enough good things about both this app and the service and support we have received from Andy and Sam. We've been using the app now for almost 3 years and it's only gotten better over time. They truly understand their customers and their needs.

Great App and must for Shopify!

This app is AMAZING, simple, yet rich in functionality. If you plan on offering, picking, delivery, and or shipping look no further. This app does it all and does it well. I am genuinely impressed with all that it does. Within 48 hours I had an on-demand delivery service connected and ready to deliver goods to all my customers. It was so easy. The support is amazing too. I've asked plenty of good and dump questions and they respond back politely and promptly with concise and helpful answers. Highly recommended. Install it already.
