Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

I have been over the moon about this app. It works exactly as intended, and with continued upgrades and added features, it has only become more valuable to our business over time. Not only is the app itself great, their customer support is even better. They are quick, knowledgeable and go above-and-beyond. I love these guys!

Outstanding customer support. Sam helped us make a few tweaks specific to our theme and responded quickly and followed through with everything he said he'd do. We are only using the pick-up feature, and have yet to put our site live, but I know we are in good hands. Love the customizability of the button design. They did a great job overcoming Shopify's shortcomings for this issue- I'm so happy we decided to give this App a shot!

This is a must have app for B&M stores with online presence. Andrew and his team is unbelievable. Here is a quick example: I emailed him an issue and he immediately responded 9:00 pm london time! Wow! who even provides support that late? Very quick with fixing the issue. The price is reasonable and they are not in the business of nickle and diming the businesses. Excellent app and excellent support.

This app works great. We have several items that are available for store pickup only and some items that are available online only. This app allows us to quickly and easily customize which items are available for each service. We changed themes and this app was no longer working, opened a ticket with Zapiet and they quickly found the issue and got it resolved for us. Was a theme issue and not an app issue. Highly recommend - plus great customer service. Thanks guys!

Support for this app is absolutely the BEST! Sam was wonderful and patiently resolved several issues I had during the initial installation. The app itself is fabulous and does exactly what it promises to do. Customizing it is easy. If you have any minor glitches/questions along the way, you don't have to worry since the customer support will be there to help make it right. I would highly recommend it!!!

Our shop has been using the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery function for several months now. When we first started using it, Sam at Zapiet was so unbelievably helpful with helping to code the app into our checkout (truly a lifesaver!). The app itself is fairly easy to use and it's been so great telling local customers that they can now save on shipping costs if they are local and want to pick up their products from the store! Recently, we've run into several orders from customers who have somehow selected the store pickup function and replaced the store address with their home address (in an attempt to get free shipping, we assume). When I emailed Zapiet, Sam responded within a day and looked into the issue we were having. He not only explained what has been happening, but also offered to fix the problem for us! He resolved our store pickup issues with coding changes to our cart in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend using this app for your shop! And thank you to Sam and Zapiet team for all of your help!!!

We are using this app to manage our Home Delivery (via carrier) and our Neighborhood Delivery (to community sites such as schools, churches, and site-hosts). It works perfectly for our unique need. To top it off... Customer Care / Support has been absolutely stellar! We had some additional help and their team were quickly there to make sure we got this up and running the way we needed it to. Having used multiple apps on Shopify I can honestly say this has been our favourite app to date due to the incredible customer service and ease of integration. The app integrated seamlessly within our store theme and looks very smart on our checkout page. It has every feature we have needed to use and is very versatile.
