Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

Super awesome. Definitely a must for all with brick and mortar store(s). This is the way the customer shops today, get information on the internet, purchase online and wah lah get item(s) same day. Just like what the big boys are doing. On top of that the support team is stellar. Thank you Sam and your team at Zapiet.

The customer service alone is worth 5 stars! But really, it's the pickup option that makes this app stand out. Totally recommend!

This app allowed us to carry some products on our online store, for pickup only, that we weren't able to provide to our customers in the past. Any support issue we have had were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this app.

I've been using Store Pickup + Delivery for 18+ months now. Our store just updated the Shopify theme and was once again just blown away with how great Store Pickup + Delivery. We've had hundreds of orders choose to pick up in store with no issues to speak of. Old review: I can't say enough good things about this app. My store just moved to Shopify and Store Pickup + Delivery filled all of our in store pickup needs. It also allowed us to start offering Deliveries with just a few clicks. It was virtually impossible on our last e-comm platform.. Zero headaches, easy setup and support has been outstanding.

Just installed the app and I have to say the customer service is absolutely SUPERB. So far it's working just as promised, and I'm really looking forward to how much easier this app is going to make my work life :) Update: Betty from customer service was helpful and super quick with her assistance. Really appreciative of their amazing service!

Andy and the team at Zapiet have done a great job with Store Pickup + Delivery, and provide nothing short of the most courteous & timely support for it. They helped us get the app setup correctly, pointed out a liquid error in our template (remember, no && operators in liquid folks!), and provided details on their product roadmap for features we'd like to see in the app. Hands down my favorite app devs on the Shopify app store. Kudos!

We were experiencing a large number of customers selecting Store Pickup from our delivery options because it was a Free method. However, they actually required a paid delivery, and therefore our first communication with them was to ask for money! Not good. This app solved our problems perfectly, and with great support. Highly Recommended.

Not only is this, by far, the best Local Delivery app in the app store---and you get Store Pickup with it!---support is absolutely excellent. I tried two alternative apps, and this one has far and away the best features, and the best design both for customers and in the admin. Don't waste your time with the other offerings currently available.

The app does everything it promises to do, and support has been awesome. It really helped deal with the issue of pickups vs. local deliveries vs. shipping since we do all three. Highly recommended.

This app is AWESOME, and frankly, we wouldn't have a shop site, if it wasn't for this app. We have 75 locations across Canada, so this app was essential for local pickups at our stores. It has been recently re-designed and looks and works so well. All that said, the best part about this app is the support and service, which has been outstanding. Thanks so much!

This is the ideal app if you have one or more pick-up locations you want to offer customers instead of (or in addition) to shipping options. My favorite feature is the offset functionality, so if it takes time to make an order, you can set it so the customer cannot choose to pick it up until X days. It's pretty reasonably priced but what makes it stand out is the support. Andy is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the app is working in an optimal way in your store.

In-Store Pick Up is exactly what I needed on my site to invite more purchases from local customers. I am new to site building and found the app easy to install and use. Andy is also extremely nice and was there to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!
