This program is a life saver and has tons of flexibility. Their customer service is top notch and very helpful, if afterhours. Pavlo is who I worked with and he saved the day!!! Great team and program!

Their support is the best I've experienced with an app. It's Saturday afternoon and resolved my issue, coached me on how to avoid in the future, etc. I'm glad to have found this app. It will allow us to expand our online orders for local delivery and pickup. Yay!

Zapier is much better than the other apps available. It is not only the app, but the amazing staff. High 5 to Jessica for the enormous support on helping to get the app installed and during the setup process. Jessica was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her support.

I had tried other delivery apps in the past but I decided to commit to Zapiet because it seemed to be the most professional option. Now I'm extremely happy to have made that decision. There was a small issue with an email notification that I wasn't getting on my tests, so I contacted Zapiet support and not only did they help me fix the issue, but they also helped with other set-ups that I had done wrong and now my store looks absolutely perfect! I absolutely love this app! It's incredibly helpful for our clients to have a visual representation of our delivery dates, and it comes packed with tons of useful backend features. The team behind the app is extremely helpful whenever assistance is needed.

So far this app is doing a good job for us. Very impressed with their support - I had a few settings that I didn't have correct but Jeanette took the time to get me sorted out. Very impressed!

This app is an effective tool for allowing customers to select shipping type and date selection. Integrates well with other tools for populating rates. Relatively easy to use. Some settings are controlled in the general settings while some settings are associated to individual stores, so keep in mind you may have to designate similar settings at each level. Customer support went above and beyond any experience I've had with other apps on Shopify. The support team demonstrated developer-level knowledge, an understanding of their tool in the broader Shopify ecosystem, and were extremely proactive to resolve the issue I had (an odd loophole in checkout that was ultimately resolved by updating the app). 5/5 best app we use on Shopify.
