Allan was great, over a 2 day period ihe helped me setup my in person pickup, Delivery with two different apps one of which was not working correctly and shipping.. Customer service was more than I expected.. Thanks again Allan for all your help!!!

Exceptional Support That Changed Everything I was honestly on the verge of uninstalling Zapiet because I was struggling with the setup, until Jessica joined the chat. From that moment on, everything changed. Jessica went far above and beyond to help me properly set up Zapiet on my Shopify store. Her dedication, patience, and deep knowledge were outstanding. She walked me through every detail step by step and made sure everything worked exactly as needed. At one point, I genuinely thought she must be the owner of Zapiet because of how invested and committed she was to helping me succeed. This level of customer service is rare. Jessica did not just solve a problem, she completely turned my experience around. Zapiet is incredibly lucky to have her, and she is a true asset to the team. Highly recommend Zapiet, especially if you are fortunate enough to get support from Jessica.
