The Collabs interface and overall app is very helpful and easy to use - however it feels extremely limiting in terms of how brands can search for and discover creators that fit what they're looking for. Priority suggestions/wishlist from a brand using Collabs: -Better/more demographic search filters (Age, Interests, Local Regions) -Would love a "Top Suggested Influencers" page or tab that offers intelligent suggestions on creators we should reach out to -Make it easy to see when creators are ACTIVE on Shopify Collabs or add a "Badge" to creators who are more active than others (this would be HUGE for brands using Collabs)

So far not many complaints but think there are a ton of improvements that could be made. Would love to see a way to rate the creators so as a brand we understand the past experiences with that creator. Also when recruiting would be nice to have more data to filter on, like age, interests. Thanks

Shopify doesn't do enough promotion/recruiting to attract high level creators to the Collabs app. Having influencers with larger audiences would make it more of a go-to for brands and creators alike. And solve the "which affiliate platform should we use" dilemma that small brands and creators go through. As a small brand, Collabs is the most affordable, user-friendly way to share profits. Making Collabs the obvious choice should be a priority for Shopify.

we've been "scammed" and taken advantage of several times, due to to the fact that Collabs doesn't "vet" their creators. We ship products to our partners and there's zero communication or response after. After talking with other brands ,it seems as if this is a common problem with Shopify Collabs.

With that being said, it may be possible to create contracts that outline the expectations for the work the creator will carry out. I have only just activated this - and the idea is that I have given a Collaborator 10% off their first purchase and from there they will get 15% on every item sold. The items AOV is $250 plus. It remains to be seen if anyone will bite, however, I see I have nothing to lose and the process to get it set up and reach out to legit micro-influencers is easy. Let's see. I am new to this.

The app is good, but unfortunately all but one, of collabs, including those who initiated contact, just took the free gifts but did nothing to promote them, even after contacting them. Maybe there should be a rule that anyone receiving a gift via this app is committed to doing at least one promo.

Initally positive, but after getting the first few sales through influencers I noticed that some sales weren't attributed to the influencer. I set it up so discounts don't stack and when the discount isn't applied it seems as though the sale is not attributed to the influencer, giving them lower and innacurate commissions which could harm future collaborations. Unsure how to resolve this as I went through all the settings and there seems to be no way to account for this.

Could be amazing but it needs a better team. There’s no way to automatically segment and send out mass emails to our affiliates about new items or sales. There’s also tons of issues with affiliates placing orders and earning commission on their own orders due to lack of proper tracking. For anyone struggling with that, here’s my current workaround: Basically go to Shopify collabs -> payments -> click through each persons commission and what orders they were for. If they did get commission for their own order, write down the order # and date. Go back to payments dashboard then back to them and click “open a dispute”. You’ll choose one of the dates (doesn’t matter which one if there’s multiples) and then In notes list all orders and dates and put “commission not paid to affiliate for their own orders”. Then go back to payment dashboard, go to “in dispute” and click resolve. Once you’ve clicked that, you will only click THE ORDERS THAT DO QUALIFY! All other orders will drop off their commission owed. Press accept and notice the new total on payment dashboard. Until Shopify collabs fixes their tracking, this is the best solution for making sure your affiliates don’t earn commission on their own orders Please, Shopify. You have potential for something truly amazing. Take the time and hire the right team to turn this around.

the app seems good and i would like to use it but there are to issues that i faced: 1- Store has to have at least $10K USD in sales in the last 12 months (how about startup business? You don't care bout it. ) 2- Store isn’t a dropshipping model I don't understand it. Should my business not to be dropshipping? Kindly, contact me to explain my questions. Many thanks

These requirements mentioned are related to Collabs Network. There are no requirements for any merchant to install and use the rest of Collabs tools. We love this app, however recently we have been made aware of some issues that make it impossible for people to apply. Once they answer all the questions, the app won't let them do anything once they sign into their Instagram or other social media. Sometimes, it won't even let them sign in. Please fix this as it's impacting us a lot.

Overall I like how easy this app is to receive collab applications and send gifts. But I hope there is a rating option for shop owners to rate the influencers. I have approved several influencers and sent out gifts to them, but they all disappeared and have yet to reply to me when they got the products, it's really frustrating and I am not sure if I should continue to use it.

Application pratique mais malheureusement limitée car tout est en anglais sans possibilité de traduire directement le contenu. Les cadeaux pour les collaborations sont également limités nous ne pouvons pas mettre les conditions que nous souhaitons comme sur nos remises.

I have tried it on several mobile phones. It doesn't work with other brands either. It only works on the computer. Can someone help/fix this?

Do not use this App if you have Markets in use with redirects based on location. The app would be 5 star review if not for the fact that affiliate links don't redirect based on Market. If you have .co.uk, .com and .eu domains everyone who visits your store via an affiliate link will be sent to your primary domain, meaning if you have your website localised it's totally useless. Major design flaw unfortunately, spending weeks localising your website to end having to unlocalise it to use this app is a grim experience.

Has great potential but needs some extra bits adding to make it awesome !! 1. Auto assigning tiers to new affiliates should be an option if running multiple options 2. When selecting collections within the tiers allow multiple selections not one at a time rather time consuming when you have multiple collections 3. On commission options a option for "FIXED AMOUNT PER PRODUCT" should be a choice if i want to pay someone $10 for selling a specific product I'm promoting this should be available. You should be able to assign multiple commission options to one tier as well 4. A Media Area where we can upload media for those we are collaborating with so that they can share brand specific promotional content with there followers 5. Other forms of paying the affiliates not just Paypal
