suggestion: improve more detail setup like: 1. Tier system - over certain amount, unlock higher comm tier 2. Exception setting for particular item : fix commission regardless tier 3. Make the comm rule clearer: how system execulete between: Any product / Selected collection / select product 4. Add "exclude product" from selected collection thanks !

Could you add a translation option? This is a key feature for multilingual stores. Thank you.

It would be nice if when you're going to invite users, that it would return to the page that you were on vs. forcing you to re-enter your search criteria and scroll back to the page you were on,

The creator engagement is low. I would also like better filters to sort my lists. When I collect creators, there is no easy way to sort the invited and not-yet-invited accounts within that list. This means that I need to go through manually for every step. It would also benefit brands to see if creators have even seen our invitations.

The app is ok for managing your own collabs. But collabs that you get from Shopify, i.e. collab applications are mostly SEO parasites. All they did about a year ago - get your coupon, add it to a coupon website and make money of your on your brand. Shopify tried to deal with this. What they do now is create a website that has some info from your website and add their collab link there. Some people click on their page found in Google and that's it - they make money of you. The more traffic your attract - the more well known your brand is, the more they will make money of your. BUT THEY WON'T BRING YOU TRAFFIC or any extra money. They will simply reduce your margins. So app itself if ok, but most collabs applying via Shopify are scammers. Also, if you have a subscription model, app does not correctly attribute sales.

What's great about this app is that it's free and built into Shopify. That simplicity can't be overstated. For 90% of people out there, including myself, it's plenty. But it's also very barebones. For example, the "recruiting" section features many influencers who are not registered with Collabs, so like why are they there? Also, tons of spammers sign up. I think I've had one legit person sign up in two years. Mostly it's me inviting people.

Love it, super straight forward, lots of creator opportunities, recruiting tab is good for finding your niche. Wish there were a few things like being able to directly see the content your affiliate made, wish there was a more streamlined way to add creators and view their content without having to hit the back button 4 times. Lots more information provided than other affiliate programs.

GREAT IDEA BUT 2.7% FEE IS CRAZY!

I'd love a way to search influencers by their niche (i.e. home, fashion, etc.)

The general sign up link doesn't work for small creators but small creators are also valuable for bottom funnel. Would be great to adjust it to streamline onboarding

Collabs is ok but it was better when affiliates could apply through the collabs app

I'm still thinking whether or not to use this app because it is confusing that the number of reviews with 5 starts is not too different than that with 1 star and there are very few ratings with 2 to 4 stars. Normally, when apps are good you see many reviews with 5 stars and a few with one star, and the other way around when apps are not good. But in this case the reviews are not helping me to make a decision. I will be interested to hear from Shopify what has been done to tackle the negative reviews or work arounds to avoid those bad experiences besides writing contracts which sounds too time consuming and expensive. For instance, are influencers scored by merchants so that I can easily know whom I can trust?

The Collabs interface and overall app is very helpful and easy to use - however it feels extremely limiting in terms of how brands can search for and discover creators that fit what they're looking for. Priority suggestions/wishlist from a brand using Collabs: -Better/more demographic search filters (Age, Interests, Local Regions) -Would love a "Top Suggested Influencers" page or tab that offers intelligent suggestions on creators we should reach out to -Make it easy to see when creators are ACTIVE on Shopify Collabs or add a "Badge" to creators who are more active than others (this would be HUGE for brands using Collabs)

So far not many complaints but think there are a ton of improvements that could be made. Would love to see a way to rate the creators so as a brand we understand the past experiences with that creator. Also when recruiting would be nice to have more data to filter on, like age, interests. Thanks

Shopify doesn't do enough promotion/recruiting to attract high level creators to the Collabs app. Having influencers with larger audiences would make it more of a go-to for brands and creators alike. And solve the "which affiliate platform should we use" dilemma that small brands and creators go through. As a small brand, Collabs is the most affordable, user-friendly way to share profits. Making Collabs the obvious choice should be a priority for Shopify.

we've been "scammed" and taken advantage of several times, due to to the fact that Collabs doesn't "vet" their creators. We ship products to our partners and there's zero communication or response after. After talking with other brands ,it seems as if this is a common problem with Shopify Collabs.

I have only just activated this - and the idea is that I have given a Collaborator 10% off their first purchase and from there they will get 15% on every item sold. The items AOV is $250 plus. It remains to be seen if anyone will bite, however, I see I have nothing to lose and the process to get it set up and reach out to legit micro-influencers is easy. Let's see. I am new to this.
