Are there any video instructions? I have some people trying to apply and having terrible trouble with using a Facebook Handle either personal or business. It then will ask them to log in and then says the email is already taken. So when forgot password is selected no reset email is sent. Please help.

Support got back to me and answered all of my questions. From their answer, Dovetale isn't as functional as UpPromote, but a lot of Dovetale's features seem cleaner, more intuitive and Dovetale is free. Not sure if I'll be making the switch yet, but manual referral entry isn't possible, so it's likely I'll have to pass on Dovetale until that feature is possible.

We switched over from a different influencer marketing software to Dovetale, and it has been so helpful for reaching out, searching for influencers, and managing influencers. We had some questions concerning how to set up, and the support team was very responsive.

Beautiful interface that seems too seamless to be true (it isn't). No more jumping between spreadsheets, portals and our Shopify page to make sure each ambassador/affiliate has the right code - everything is done for you. My only regret is not using this years ago. Highly recommend to anyone managing ambassadors and/or affiliate in-house.

If you regularly work with influencers and want to build a strong community of affiliates, I can't recommend Dovetale enough. It's only been a few weeks, and Dovetale has been a breath of fresh air! To have our affiliates commission/performance on one platform and easily gift products connected to our store has been a game-changer. We've also received really positive feedback from our affiliates, who can now access their sales/performance at any time. Lastly, the application component is so fantastic! I've really enjoyed reading our applicant's answers and learning little details we wouldn't have known otherwise. Overall, we are extremely happy to have discovered Dovetale and I see them going very far.

Absolutely the easiest influencer management software we've ever used. Dovetale lets us quickly and easily integrate our influencer workflow with our shopify store allowing us to spend less time managing/fulfilling product samples and more time creating long lasting partnerships with content creators. Highly recommend for any store working with influencers and the price can't be beat!

We used this app for a few months. It has a big database of influencers on Instagram, Youtube and TikTok. Majority quality data is on Instagram. We may manage the influencers inside the program. The most impressive thing is their customer service. It's the best Saas service I have ever experienced.
