This app has huge potential to be an all-around amazing app. Definitely need to work on a few things such as a direct communication service/line with Dovetale themself instead of Shopify, open the options of payment methods that can used other than Paypal, and mainly, an option for ambassadors to request payout (notifying the owner via email/sms) this feature would be a complete game-changer, since it removes an extra step from ambassadors of having to go outside of app/site to request payout.

We just signed up but cannot find any documentation or videos explaining how set up influencer commission rates and we do not know if this works if we are offering an auto discount on products in our store now. We also cannot find any documentation on how to use the dovetale discover function to search for influencers. Some clear self learning documentation or videos would be very helpful.

The app was brilliant to begin with, really easy to set up and get going. But I was unaware that I would need to apply on PayPal for 'mass payments' and having signed up 50 ambassadors who are all earning commission daily, PayPal has declined my mass payments application and I'm now unable to pay them through the Dovetale app. I have contacted support but heard nothing...

The app itself appears to be easy to use and functional enough for a free app. We set it up easily and started to invite affiliates. However, we quickly saw that nothing was tracking. Our site is built in Webflow using Shopify + Recharge. We learned after the fact that Dovetale does not support this. This should be made clear UP FRONT. Making sure others do not end up in the same boat.

It looks like Dovetale got rid of the "Campaigns" feature as a part of the Shopify acquisition. Too bad. That was the one feature that we were looking forward to. Without that, I don't see us switching from our current affiliate app.

Are there any video instructions? I have some people trying to apply and having terrible trouble with using a Facebook Handle either personal or business. It then will ask them to log in and then says the email is already taken. So when forgot password is selected no reset email is sent. Please help.

Support got back to me and answered all of my questions. From their answer, Dovetale isn't as functional as UpPromote, but a lot of Dovetale's features seem cleaner, more intuitive and Dovetale is free. Not sure if I'll be making the switch yet, but manual referral entry isn't possible, so it's likely I'll have to pass on Dovetale until that feature is possible.

Dovetale makes the influencer search process much more efficient and effective; combined with their outstanding customer service the app is definitely worth signing up for!

Hands down, the best customer service we have dealt with in the software space. Attentive team, fantastic UI, helpful how-to brand videos and easily optimized so we can easily manage tasks without taking up the entire day.

Absolutely love this app! It is so easy to use and well done. Customer service is INCREDIBLE and responds so quickly and helps with any questions that come up. We are so glad we found Dovetail!

We switched over from a different influencer marketing software to Dovetale, and it has been so helpful for reaching out, searching for influencers, and managing influencers. We had some questions concerning how to set up, and the support team was very responsive.

Dovetale has really clean UI and intuitive user experience. I'm using it to prospect, manage, and communicate w/ our influencers and we're saving so much time & pain with streamlined process and flow. Highly recommend!!

Dovetale has built extremely powerful filters to find and reach out to the right influencers for your brand. No more manual search and outreach. Love the ML tool that identifies accounts with high bot ratios. Thanks Mike + team for building such a useful product for e-commerce merchants!

Beautiful interface that seems too seamless to be true (it isn't). No more jumping between spreadsheets, portals and our Shopify page to make sure each ambassador/affiliate has the right code - everything is done for you. My only regret is not using this years ago. Highly recommend to anyone managing ambassadors and/or affiliate in-house.

If you regularly work with influencers and want to build a strong community of affiliates, I can't recommend Dovetale enough. It's only been a few weeks, and Dovetale has been a breath of fresh air! To have our affiliates commission/performance on one platform and easily gift products connected to our store has been a game-changer. We've also received really positive feedback from our affiliates, who can now access their sales/performance at any time. Lastly, the application component is so fantastic! I've really enjoyed reading our applicant's answers and learning little details we wouldn't have known otherwise. Overall, we are extremely happy to have discovered Dovetale and I see them going very far.

Great App! Been using Dovetale for a few months and would highly recommend. It is extremely user friendly and makes discovering influencers so much easier. Also, the team is super responsive and always willing to assist with any questions!
