Gorgias and Zendesk watch out! these guys are going to smoke you! The platform takes a bit of time getting your head around - i got on an onboarding call and the team was really helpful including Bernardo. They are working very hard and there are some growing pains but excited to adopt this product fully!

Great experience so far. Slack channel with the team for any issues which is amazing. Bernado was excellent for providing product demos and support. So much more advanced AI features than Zendesk, and 10% of the price, no brainer. Hope they can stay nimble and keep it affordable. Would 100% recommend.

Great app to use on the free plan if you are wanting to have a little better organization in your support inbox and want a support ticket system. That being said I started on the free plan and have upgraded to the basic since the developer is constantly updating and adding new features. It really seems like they take customer feedback into account and I love opening the app and seeing all the changes they make. Truly a great app, highly recommend.

Great Helpdesk app, that pushes AI features to the next level. MCP integration with Claude works great. Support and feature requests are taken into account quickly. Highly recommended!

As our business has grown, it's become almost impossible to manage reviews, Facebook comments, Facebook messages, support emails, etc. Commslayer has been a game changer to simplify and manage those channels in one place, one login. We're using the free help desk right now but are setting everything up to turn on AI to automate a lot of the things that we're doing manually today. Plus, this system will allow us to plug in part-time support agents to help out during peak seasons. This is a great product. The team is great. They're super helpful and responsive and I have no doubt that this will be the Judgeme of support products for Shopify moving forward.

This is probably the highest-value software in existence right now other than Claude Max itself. Unbelievable polish for an almost-free app, and it just keeps getting better. I recommend this stack 100% of the time to anyone who is in the market, because it's probably the best product in the category I've used, at an amazingly low price. Kari's a benefactor to humanity. I'm a customer for life.

6 out of 5 stars! This app is incredible. We've been using the app for three weeks and we're already very impressed. We've used 3 other helpdesk apps before, including Gorgias, and Commslayer is far superior. It's easy to use. We love the AI features. The team is very helpful and they continue to innovate! I hope it stays afforadable but it's an incredible tool!
