We've tried several helpdesk tools for our Shopify store, but Commslayer has been the easiest to set up and use. The AI responses save our team a huge amount of time and the Shopify integration works perfectly. What really impressed us is how quickly the team ships new features and responds to feedback. Incredible value compared to other support platforms. Highly recommended.

We used Gorgias for just over a year after they gave us a good offer that pulled us away from Richpanel. Then they launched their shopping AI agent and refused to allow us to remain on the same deal if we INCREASED our business with them. At that point we knew that they wouldn't allow us to grow without penalising us so we started looking elsewhere. Found Commslayer and I must say I have been very impressed with their product in the past 2 months that we've used it. Their AI agent is light years ahead of Gorgias and it's clear that they write software with their users in mind. I really hope they keep things this way.

We recently switched from Gorgias to Commslayer and honestly it has been a much better experience for our team. The price is more reasonable and the features feel a lot more complete for what we need on a daily basis. One of the biggest improvements for us is the AI bot. It works much smoother and gives better responses, which saves our team a lot of time when handling customer questions. With Gorgias we often still had to jump in manually, while Commslayer’s AI handles a lot more by itself. The platform also feels easier to use overall and everything is more organized, which makes managing conversations a lot more efficient. So far we are really happy we made the switch and would definitely recommend Commslayer to other ecommerce businesses looking for a better support solution.

We switched to Commslayer after using a more well-known app in this category that had become very expensive and still didn’t meet our expectations. Commslayer has been a fantastic replacement and honestly outperforms the other option by a mile. This app works smoothly, does exactly what we need, and the pricing is very fair compared to other solutions. Karri, the developer, has been excellent. He is responsive, helpful, and clearly cares about improving the app and supporting users. If you're looking for a reliable and well-priced solution, We highly recommend Commslayer.

The AI handles a huge chunk of our volume autonomously, freeing up our agents for cases that actually need a human touch. Karri and the team deserve a special mention — responsive, proactive, and truly invested in your success. Whenever we've had issues or shared feedback, they've been quick to act. It feels like a platform that's being built with you, not just sold to you. All that for more than an affordable price! Especially compared to other options available :) Highly recommended for any high-volume Shopify store.

We switched from Gorgias to Commslayer. It’s a great platform that allows us to manage our emails, chats, and social media in one place. Thanks to its AI bots, we’re able to provide support around the clock, just like a real agent would. We’re excited to see what else they have in store to continue improving the customer experience. The reporting still needs to be double-checked.
