Fantastic and affordable helpdesk that has transformed our customer service. So many AI automations that can answer customer queries or gather information from them without having to lift a finger. There's also constant improvements being made to the platform to make it more efficient and easy to use. This is the only helpdesk you should be using for your store!

Very straightforward platform to use. In my opinion, it's much more user friendly than other platforms like Gorgias. Incredibly responsive team. Very glad we jumped ships :)

This is a great CX app – works well and is MUCH less expensive than other apps. Highly recommend!

I was on Gorgias before... solid tool but the pricing gets ridiculous once you add addons such as AI. Commslayer is a fraction of the cost and honestly does more than enough for my usage. I run my brand solo. Once I set up the guidance rules and knowledge base, my AI agent handles 90% of tickets on its own. Only the real edge cases land on my plate. For a one-person operation, that's everything. What I love most is Karri's team shipping new features at an insane pace. Every time that update popup appears I'm genuinely smiling. You can feel the product getting better week by week. If you're a solo founder drowning in support tickets ---> just switch. It's a no-brainer.

Switching over the Commslayer in 2026 is a no brainer. It cuts your bill by 10x while unlocking value way beyond customer support. For example, we use the MCP connection to prompt Claude all the time to learn about our customers.

Has everything I need to provide excellent customer service, Including the basic functionality like being able to directly attach a PDF document to a customer who can't find their product instructions, a level of basic functionality that Shopify Inbox couldn't be bothered to include. So moving over to Commslayer was an absolute no-brainer, and they have exceeded my expectations for customer service, ease of setup and a quality app at a very reasonable price. 100% recommended!

It should be criminal to offer an app for free with so many features. Commslayer has been a massive help in our small business to streamline our helpdesk. I can't imagine the skills of the paid version. We'll be upgrading soon.

I'm not sure how they offer this deep set of features at this price. Even the Free version is crazy good. Support has been prompt. Highly recommend.

Nutzen Commslayer bereits seit über einem Jahr und was gibt es zu berichten? Tolles Tool, zum absolut fairen Preis, sehr gutem Service und unterhaltsamen Newsletter. Bitte weiter so - in der Hoffnung, dass sich die Preisgestaltung in der Zukunft weiterhin auf dem Niveau halten lässt.

UPDATE: THEY ARE TERRIBLE. THEY RUINED THE STORE BY RUINING THE WORK AND NOT DELIVERING EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS, PUTTING ALL SENSITIVE DATA IN DRAMA. PLUS, NO ONE ANSWERS EXCEPT A BOT. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND BREAK THE STORE. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THE SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT AND WE WILL REPORT THEM. 0 STARS! The app has serious problems and configuration bugs! I contacted support, who claimed to be human, but responded like a bot, providing nonsensical guides and then telling me they'd open a ticket to fix it. All this just with email configuration. The app is confusing and impossible to set up, with nonexistent support and a non-functional app. By non-existent, it means there are only bots, and the people claiming to be "human" respond like bots. Just think, every message started with "Hello," The app is a waste of money and time. Don't download it and pursue other career options. I'll report it to Shopify.

There was a real bug preventing DNS records from displaying for your email provider and we take responsibility for that. We proactively offered a free month to make up for the trouble. Our support agent Lenie responded within 2 minutes of your first message and worked with you across multiple conversations. The only gap in support was overnight into the weekend. The team resolved the bug first thing Monday. I can see you're still actively using the app, which I'm glad about. We have just switched from Gorgias. Been watching the roadmap for over a year whilst trying to take the leap of faith to switch and when I saw the speed of development vs Gorgias it became a no brainer. The AI is light years ahead and the dev work going into this tool is so much faster. Price as well, not comparable. CS wins Excited to see the future of the platform and to truly leverage AI to reduce stress on myself and the team. Enjoying the helpful support as well!
