I don't really write reviews, but Joean Gu has been extremely helpful in product sourcing and answering all my questions. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a supplier to work with him and CJ.

Suki is by far the coolest manager I have come across. My account was earlier being managed by Kraytom and he was great as well. But can’t mention enough how lightning fast Suki is with providing immediate help. Suki makes sure that your issues are resolved within a jiff. I am super happy to choose CJ as my partner for launching my store. Cj’s catalogue is exhaustive and has much diverse range to serve for all kind of customer segments and their needs. Thanks guys. I recommend not using this app. Over the past two months I have used the app and made multiple orders. When a large part of my orders were not delivered, it turned out that customer service did not provide any help, resend or respond to my refund request. In fact I was just ignored. Think carefully before installing this app.

I would recommend the app because they have unique products and the customer service is good. My agent Mr.Raymond is always available to chat with and is helping me with stock updates and orders. He helps in raising tickets on solving issues and explains things using screenshots.
