They have a great website full of nice items, but they dont verify the items that vendors post. I have had to refund 3 clients in 6 months. Im sure at one time, this company was doing great. 2025 and 2026 have been disappointing. I was even told when products were no longer avalible, that listing would be removed from my store. Nope, they said I had to go through each one manually to remove. I have over 7000 listings. not happy. its been a waste of time

Extremely fast customer support. I had issue with inventory for 2 weeks and in just 5 minutes agent Cheng was able to help me resolve it. Very clear instructions acompanied with screenshot for even easier understanging.
