I recently ran into an issue with trying to show stock in my online store and had to ask for assistance. I was paired with customer service representative Angel Li and they helped me immensely! The customer service was exceptional and they went so far as to even send me helpful step by step screenshots to make the process seamless and easy. My issue was quickly resolved due to their efforts and I could not be more satisfied with the service!

From a platform perspective, there are still a few areas that could improve over time. More frequently updated inventory availability would be very helpful, and a faster dispute resolution process would greatly improve the overall experience. There are just too many problems. The product page shows it's in stock, but after placing the order, it shows as out of stock? And then they want me to pay a huge "adjustment fee," severely impacting the product's profit margin. It's absolutely terrible.
