The experience was terrible. I placed a batch of orders, and they only told me a week later that the products were out of stock and couldn't be shipped, even though I had checked their website before placing the order and there was plenty of stock. I contacted their customer service, but their response time was extremely slow, and each time it was a different person, and their responses were very unprofessional. If you want your store to thrive long-term, never use this app.

The app is very user friendly and great to use. The customer service team is amazing, in particular the service from agents Betty and Connie has been exemplary. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my logistical questions and supply needs. Highly recommend

I’ve had a very good experience working with Alley. She is always quick to respond, clear in her communication, and genuinely helpful whenever an issue comes up. Whether it’s questions about products, shipping, or suppliers, she follows through and makes sure things get resolved. Her support has made running my store much easier and less stressful.
