I love Cj. What i appreciate the most on Cj is their dedicated agent. Mine, Lydia is awesome. She respond to my question almost immediately, regardless the time difference. That why i am feeling confident using the application.

I contacted customer support due to an issue with fulfilling a mixed-vendor order. Bonnie Gu initially responded and attempted to guide me through the process with the "batch update to orders" feature. However, this led to an unintended disconnection of all items in the order. The situation was made more difficult when the conversation with Bonnie was left unresolved. Fortunately, Suki Huang stepped in and was instrumental in clarifying the confusion. Suki provided comprehensive answers to all the questions and navigated us through the correct process to isolate and address the issue with the item from the other vendor. The assistance from Suki was a stark contrast to the earlier part of the exchange, demonstrating both professionalism and a commitment to resolving customer issues. I am grateful for Suki's intervention, which ultimately rectified the situation and allowed me to complete the order for my customer. The support provided by Suki was a redeeming aspect of the service experience.

Firstly , CJ is a perfect dropshipping site to setup my business very helpful many SKU's and wide Varity for all startup businesses . Secondly, they have a very strong support team specially and they dedicate one for all your inquires so special thanks to my agent (Aoki) and also for (Angel) for their continuous support.

I like the dropshipping business model is great. But with adding Google came another irritating problem and that the GTIN. Which this number should be provided by the suppliers. If this number is MPN, SKU, or UPC then the sku's should automatically be entered into both Barcode and SKU field. A small business owner cannot afford $250.00/$30.00 for each barcode to pay out to another company. We pay more for product as dropshippers, more for shipping and wait longer for delivery to customers. We pay other fees on top of shipping fees. There is a lot of product that doesn't match the actual picture shown. So we are subject to more returns or just unable to retain customers because of the low quality product. Somehow the Shopify owner ends up spending more time try to correct issues in order to list product to reach more customers.
