I have used CJ for several months on another store. I have recently setup a new store and am continuing to use this service. The main reason I continue to use CJ is my agent that I have been assigned 'Bring'. Bring always provides the best service to me, and we have a great partnership where we can talk about my business plans and he can assist in making sure the fulfilment of products is as smooth as possible, as well as ensuring fair pricing for all involved. CJ is amazing! Shipping is fast and they have the best prices of all the other fulfillment agents I've tried. I want to say special thanks to a customer support agent Sita Cui, who responds to all of my messages even on weekends and always helps me out with any questions that I have. Highly recommend!

CJ Dropshipping is a great resource for everyone especially a new ecommerce store owner like me. I am sourcing my entire store's products from CJ Dropshipping and look forward to seeing the response my customer have for the selection I've chosen. By the way, Agent Shinco Zhao is the best representative to have for resolving any issues you may encounter. With the type of support I have from both CJ Dropshipping and their Agent Shinco, I anticipate a very successful business venture.

I have been working with an agent named "Bring," and he has been very helpful. He is quick to respond and does his best to get me the products I need to find and is very communicative. I have worked with many agents but Bring has been the most helpful and trustworthy I have worked with!

Customer support is excellent. They will answer any question asap. The speed on delivery is also great. CJdropshipping is a must for todays drop shippers. Shout out to Karen Jiang, she really has gone above and beyond when helping me with my multiple questions.

CJ provides a great fulfillment service, very reliable and quick shipping. Customer service is also so really amazing as you get your own agent who will help anyone at any time.
