I would like to say, I am impresses with the customer service is. They really try to find a way for you to be successful and always friendly. I have been dealing with Carrol Tu recently and she has really went out of her way to help, even more then the customer service that have monthly fees I have tried in the past. If you want to ruined your business then deal with CJ dropshipping. They issue the fake tracking details but never ship the orders. Customer gets the email with fake tracking numbers. My orders are waiting in processing for last 10 days and they are making excuses everyday, asking me to wait for few more days. Their claims of shipping in 3-5 days are joke.

I've recently just started using Cj dropshipping as a go-to fulfillment center and product sourcing hub for my brand. Right from the very beginning I was pleased with the service. I ran into a little discrepancy as I'm still new navigating the website and Ruth was super helpful! She responded in very timely manner while providing me with photos to help make the process go smoothly! My experience overall has been phenomenal thus far and thank you Ruth for being a massive support!

Corry! Corry! Corry! Best customer service in the world! She helped me since the launch of my store, and whenever I needed help and having concerns, she solve them right away and explained it in every detail. I once having problems with the sku bundles but she still manage to find the best solutions ever even though the technical team seems not finding a solution for it, but she manage to find the new supplier with the same product I need as soon as she can. So really great effort! Corry! Love your help. Very easy to work with and great communication skills, she is also very kind and friendly. Best of the best customer service!
