CJdropshipping: Much Faster

We haven't had any issues and customer service is top-notch always. Good organization. Any time you have a direct line with an agent it's always awesome. To the moon!

It will soon be 2 years that I use CJDropshipping and since the first day, I am always very satisfied. From dispute resolution to complex order processing, all in record time compared to other similar services. In addition, the support by agents is a real plus, moreover I take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Vanessa DING, my agent, for the quality of her services.

I've had no major issues so far and If a minor issue comes up my personal agent Gin is always quick to fix it. I will continue to use and be quick to recommend everybody else do the same

We have used CJ Dropshipping since January. We have added products to our store and they just leave them as sold out without any warning... this service in my opinion is only for beginners to test out products, but not for scaling. Disputes take time, and you have to closely follow up on your orders if you want to see some movement. Just ok. Packaging is correct.

I love this app, it is easy to find and order products, and the customer service is 100% on-point. They are 24/7 live actual people who are always ready to help you with any problem and they walk you through each challenge in a way that leaves you satisfied. Alex Chen was especially helpful and truly understood my problem and how to address it. I highly recommend the app. They do have longer processing and shipping times if you do not have inventory purchased already in the warehouse which is why I am giving a 4 not 5 star review.

CJ app has been very good so far. It's not perfect but gets the job done. My current agent Susan Zhou has been very helpful in answering my questions and getting things resolved. Also one of the overnight agents Christina Chen was helpful in requesting for the correct items/ variants to be sourced. I like that I can reach out to an agent any time of day or night.

5th year in and customer service for me ( Beatrix Hua) has been really great. Things are always followed up, and considering time difference, she has really tried to help me even when it's sooo out of her office hours. There are so many options for fulfilment, and when I needed things to be more customised, they have been slowly implementing them.

Would recommend CJ to anyone, the advisor Skye is in super hardworking and does her job brilliantly!
