CJ provides a great fulfillment service and they are vey reliable and have great customer service especially for those who are new to the platform. July Chan had helped me with some issues I was having with an order and she did an amazing job assisting me in a timely manner and also a very kind person, Great Job. CJ Overall is great and very beginner friendly.

I've been using CJ Dropshipping for a while now, and I'm really impressed with their platform. It's easy to find a wide variety of products, and the order processing is very straightforward. However, what truly sets CJ Dropshipping apart is their customer support. Recently, I encountered a bit of an issue with. Thankfully, Yanky from their customer support team helped me nicely. He was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to Yanky's clear explanations and assistance, I was able to get the answer of my questions. Overall, I highly recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone looking for a user-friendly dropshipping platform with exceptional customer service.

I've been working with CJDropshipping for almost a month now. Initially, it took some time to figure out how it worked, but it really works well. You can quickly search for all products by either product name or even with an image, and if you still can't find what you're looking for, you can request sourcing so that CJ will search for a supplier who sells that product. Moreover, all products are listed at very competitive prices, and the delivery times are always good. The service is truly excellent; you get a private agent who always helps you. In our case, that's Mango. She is ready every morning to assist us with any questions we have and provides perfect help

CJdropshipping is a great dropshipping app. Even though it's from China mostly, they are really much faster and more reasonable. I also had a good experience with Surind through their WhatsApp support helping me fix some technical issues.

I've been using Cjdropshipping for a few months now for the most part customer service has been good. However, most often when I need to know something or have a question Leah Cheng has been extremely helpful on more than one occasion!
