I had a problem with an order from my store. Maria took care of the problem in no time and helped me solve it. She is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Maria.

My experience with CJ has been mostly good. They respond fast and always answer any questions you may have. I really appreciate Chandy Chen, she responds very fast, is easy to understand and she always fixes any issue I encounter. However, the only downside to CJ is they can't seem to be able to source products that have brand logos on them, I guess it makes sense for copyright, but still it's kind of annoying having to find other sellers.

One of the best Dropshipping applications on shopify for sure. Had some issues with my orders but Lahne my agent helped me out alot.

CJ is a great app. You just gotta find the right product and supplier. Customer service is great too! I have Kaycee, and the customer service team answers questions 24/7! Stocks can be a little frustrating at times if products are not available even though listed, and you can't know unless you contact support or order. But again, it's all about finding the right product.

Overall a positive experience. Sometimes there is a lag in processing & shipment of products. Agents are extremely helpful and quick to resolve issues or lend a helping hand. Good customer service.

CJ-Dropshipping's customer service is quite supportive and quick fast. Sveta (From CJ customer support) helped me to solve some issues related to my inventory and hence my issue was fixed in few minutes. She helped me to fix inventory issues.
