All the agents on the platform have always treated me very well and been very friendly. When I raise a problem with them, 90% of the time they solve it quickly or tell me what solution I should take. As for the platform, it is not very intuitive. It is quite difficult to link products to the store and understand the entire process involved in shipping to the customer. The platform could be greatly improved. Its employees are all very professional.

Love the app and customer service. When I have a question they respond fast, polite and always with the right answer so you can get on with your work. Box Chen among others really helped me out when I needed an answer fast to package my orders for example. Thank you!
