Still using CJ up to today. Very happy with the fast shipping. Also you can have someone to speak with directly , which is much better than anything when dealing with logistics. (be aware of time frame :) ) The team is good and has always provided with solution.

CJ is doing a terrible job during difficult times like COVID19. I have 100+ packages which are not delivered for 2 months already. I understand the pandemic is causing delays but CJ is not doing anything about solving this problem! They are just blaming the freight forwarder SF Express. What a fraud! Must act like an international company and resolve the problem instead of saying "wait patiently". Terrible!!!

I worked with CJ drophipping for a few months. They ship faulty products, they lie about shipping times and most of the time they misguide you so their agents make a sell. At least there are other companies with better pricing and definitely better resolution centre

Sell to the entire world not just the BIG4 or US Only. I get 5-14 days shipping for my customers. It's not too bad for worldwide. They fulfil your orders, they have print on demand, personal agent, help with sourcing and a lot more. They just have to hire more agents, other than that. They're the best to do it. Irene and Vanessa Hung are my favorite assistants, always finding a solution for my ecom problems.

CJ's team is incredible. From small to large orders per day, they are amazing. They helped me reduce my costs from my original suppliers by over 30%, helped me brand my products, and allow me to get 2-4 day shipping in the USA, while still serving all my worldwide customers in under 14 days! If you read anything negative, do not believe it. They have a team that is willing to work extremely hard for their customers. I recommend purchasing inventory in at the minimum small bulk for your store, but don't be afraid to have them buy even larger quantities! They helped me scale from doing 20 orders/day to over 200 orders/day and maintain my inventory. CJ was the best decision I ever made for all of my businesses.

Hello everybody. I found app on Internet before. App is amazing and all CJ agent is great.They are very warm and frendly people. They have online chat and this is very helpful. I must praise Amy Lian, Celia Yang,Francis, Robert, Howard and Meera. I recomended this agent ;) . I think CJ will be better than Ali baba group ( AliExpress, AliBaba, 1688, etc) for few years. You will lose a lot if you didnt coperate with them. I strongy recomended it and if you chose them shipping them information will be hidden which is great. I strongly recomended this app and all them agent. I was personal test them order and orders arrived before limit for sending time. I was more then happy when I saw they made and add app on Shopifly.
